Kindergartens and communities are important arenas for the growth and development of young child,and the synergy between them is of great significance in promoting the robust physical and mental development of young children.Since the beginning of the new century,the Ministry of Education has issued a series of policies and regulations that elaborate and give guidance on the importance of Co-parenting between kindergartens and the community from the perspective of kindergarten education and teacher standards.In the process of Kindergarten-Community parenting practice,from the community-based preschool education model in the 1990 s to the practice of kindergarten-community co-parenting since 2000,the content and form of co-parenting has been expanded and extended.According to the theory of synergetic,the kindergarten education system and the community education system is two major subsystems of the open education system,and the kindergarten-community co-parenting system has the self-organising characteristics of openness and non-linear correlation.Its synergistic effect is mainly reflected in the concept of collaborative education,collaborative education mechanism,collaborative education content and collaborative education field.In order to further strengthen and optimise the co-parenting between kindergartens and communities,this study used literature analysis,questionnaires and interviews to investigate the current situation of synergy between teachers and community workers in terms of concept,mechanism,content and field in co-parenting,using seven staff members from communities A and B and 312 teachers from 12 kindergartens in N city of Sichuan province as respondents.The study analysed the instability of the system at this stage(the main problems),identified the instability of the system(the causes of the problems),and finally constructed an orderly self-organising model of co-parenting between kindergartens and the community based on the basic principles of synergistic theory.The conclusions drawn from this study are the following:1.the concept of co-parenting between kindergartens and communities is not consistent,and the attitude of co-parenting is not active;the co-ordination of personnel and resource sharing are not in place;the content and form of co-parenting are single;and the various fields of educational activities are relatively closed,and these aspects have caused the co-parenting system to be unstable.The reasons for the instability of the system are: the lack of traditional and old-fashioned concepts of co-education;the lack of a co-ordination mechanism for the co-ordination of personnel and resources;the lack of innovation in the content and form of co-education;and the fragmentation and disconnection between various educational fields.2.Based on the analysis of synergistic theory,it is concluded that kindergartens and communities need to unify the concept of co-parenting as a prerequisite for co-parenting through policy leadership,updating concepts and strengthening recognition;they need to build a mechanism for co-parenting,resource sharing and personnel coordination as an important guarantee for synergistic effects;they need to explore local resources to innovate the content of co-parenting and build a network platform to expand co-parenting.Finally,it is necessary to open up educational venues,implement field association and build educational bases to revitalise various educational fields and create a good ecological environment for collaborative parenting.
