With the promulgation of the "Outline of Basic Education Curriculum Reform(Trial Implementation)" and the implementation of the "Guidelines for Kindergarten Education(Trial Implementation)",kindergartens have launched a new wave of curriculum reform.Encouraging kindergartens to make full use of various local educational resources and creating good conditions for the development of young children is an important content and direction of their reform,which provides an educational opportunity for the integration of local cultural resources into kindergartens.As an important component of local cultural resources,food cultural resources in Leshan are rich and colorful,and they are excellent regional cultural symbols.Making full use of food cultural resources and exploring the rich educational content contained therein can guide and cultivate children’s humanistic literacy and rustic feelings of loving their hometown,enabling them to love their hometown,people,and country;It can enrich the content of kindergarten theme activities and inherit and promote local culture.Therefore,integrating dietary cultural resources into kindergartens has invaluable educational value and practical significance.This research takes the middle class children of Leshan A Kindergarten as the research object,mainly using the action research method,supplemented by the literature method,observation method,interview method and questionnaire survey method,to explore the theory and practice of integrating food culture resources into the theme activities of A Kindergarten.Through the collection and collation of data,this paper interprets the content of food culture resources in Leshan,and analyzes its unique educational value from four aspects: child development,teacher growth,kindergarten characteristics and local culture.Understand the integration of food culture resources into Kindergarten A,grasp its application status,and find that the park’s understanding of food culture resources in Leshan is superficial;Affirm the necessity of integrating food culture resources into kindergartens,but fail to take action;The exploration of food culture resources in Leshan is not deep enough.On this basis,the reasons are analyzed.First,the important value of food culture resources is ignored;Secondly,teachers lack the ability to develop and utilize food culture resources;Finally,there is no organic linkage between the internal and external systems.With reference to Taylor’s goal model curriculum theory,this paper discusses the integration of food culture resources into kindergarten theme activities from four aspects:goal setting,content selection,activity implementation and evaluation.Combined with the suggestions of teaching and research staff,director of scientific research department and cooperative teachers,it determines "Entering Leshan food culture" as the central theme,which is divided into four theme activities,They are respectively "Happy Heart-Talking about Leshan","The Story of Tipping Beef","Spicy Bobo Chicken" and "Happy in It-I Love Leshan".They have designed corresponding activity plans and research step plans,so as to carry out action research,constantly reflect on the implementation process,and finally achieve a spiral process.Through two to three rounds of action research,it summarizes from three subjects:children,teachers and the external system.Children are the explorers of activities and the transmitters of culture;Teachers are the "dream builders" of young children and the "sublimators" of activities;Professional guidance and parental involvement.At the same time,the research was reconsidered,that is,food culture resources were not fully used;The breadth of research content is limited;Limitations of the research scope.In order to solve this problem,the following three suggestions are put forward: from "absence" to "presence",let food culture resources enter the vision of children;Build a community of activities to form a joint force of food culture education;Change from "embellishment" to "keynote",and promote the normalization of food culture education.
