The education guidelines for kindergarten(trial)stated clearly that: "The kindergarten should work closely with the family community to make comprehensive use of education resources to create favorable conditions for the development of children." Considering the shortage of and all the other problems exist in ethnic art activities for children,The application of Chinese ethnic culture in kindergarten activities has become the beacon of kindergarten art education employment,development as well as reform.Located in the northwest of Kunming,Yunnan province,Shalang the Bai County is famous as the “hometown of golden flowers”.With appealing scenery and pleasant climate,the county enjoys a pedigree of the Bai minority.The domestic mountain water show,with the Dali Bai ethnic group,has a strong Bai nationality amorous feelings and cultural accumulation.It is of great cultural significance and aesthetic significance to integrate the local culture resources into the education activities of kindergarten art and create a good atmosphere of national fine arts for the children.In addition,the use of Bai culture resources in fine arts activities can also improve the ability of teachers to develop and utilize national resources.Therefore,the use of Bai nationality cultural resources in the large class of sha lang township kindergarten can promote the common growth of children and teachers.This study mainly employs the Action Research Approach,following : ask questions,plan,implement action,put forward the basic steps of conclusion,insight into sirloin township kindergarten tai pans status quo,and found that the problem with their teacher focuses Bai culture resources use in the fine arts education activities.Through the process of "action-reflection-reaction",the problems existing in the activities of children and teachers on Bai nationality culture and the education activities of fine arts are gradually solved.The paper is divided into five parts:Part I: introduction.The reasons,literature review and the definition of relatedconcepts are expounded.The purpose,significance and research method of the research are presented.The second part: the general situation of the Bai nationality culture resources in Shalang township and the education value of the art concentration education activity.This paper mainly explains the bai nationality cultural resources which can be used in the education activity of the kindergarten art center in Sha long township,and analyzes its education value from the perspective of aesthetics and culture.The third part: through interview method and observation method,the author puts forward the problems existing in the knowledge of Bai nationality's cultural resources and the teaching activities of fine arts.In the fourth part: according to the children,teachers' understanding of Bai culture and focus on the problems existing in the teaching activities of fine arts,design of large art concentrated Bai culture education activity using resources,and three stages of practice,the final effect is compared before and after the activity,the results showed that the activities after the children and teachers in the understanding of Bai culture resources are strengthened;There are different degrees of improvement in the ability of education activities in fine arts.The fifth part: to make Suggestions on the application of Bai nationality cultural resources in the fine arts activities of Shalang rural kindergarten,and to reflect on the shortcomings of this study.
