Talent is the key to rural revitalization.Industrial revitalization supports talent revitalization,talent revitalization promotes industrial revitalization,education promotes talent revitalization,and grasping education is grasping rural revitalization.Small-scale rural schools in ethnic minority areas are the backbone of promoting the development of rural education,and are also an important carrier to ensure that school-age children in ethnic minority areas have access to education opportunities and equal educational conditions.The development of small-scale rural schools in ethnic minority areas is an important way to promote the equity of rural education in the region,and it is also the only way to achieve a balance of educational resources between urban and rural areas and between schools.In recent years,the state has paid more and more attention to education in ethnic areas,but there is still a big gap in the attention to education in non-ethnic areas,and rural education resources in ethnic areas are still stretched thin compared with urban areas.Small-scale rural schools in ethnic minority areas have unique advantages and disadvantages in the process of development,so how to use their advantages to improve the running conditions of small-scale rural schools in ethnic areas and improve the quality of rural small-scale schools in ethnic areas is a problem to be solved.This paper takes small-scale schools in the minority township of P County as the research object,takes educational equity theory,endogenous development theory,educational equilibrium theory and SWOT analysis model as the theoretical basis,takes the special value and particularity of small-scale rural schools in minority areas as the research background,and adopts literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and case investigation method.Field investigation was carried out in five small-scale schools in ethnic townships,including Kuoda Primary School.According to the results of field investigation,the author systematically collated and analyzed the collected data and questionnaires,which pointed out the direction and provided a reference for the subsequent analysis of the status quo of school development.On this premise,with the help of SWOT analysis model,a comprehensive investigation is carried out on the development status of small-scale rural schools in P County from the four aspects of internal strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and challenges,and a systematic analysis is carried out according to the survey results.According to the analysis of the survey results,it is found that the rural small-scale schools in minority areas have the following advantages and disadvantages in the development process: first,the campus culture is diversified,the operation mechanism is flexible,and the student management is refined;Second,the management effect is not good,weak faculty,lack of national characteristics;Third,the government guarantees the fair teaching environment,the society helps and promotes the development of schools,and local resources deepen the education content.Fourth,information resources are blocked,teachers are unbalanced,students are lost seriously,and rural and family education is lacking.In view of the current development status of rural schools in minority areas,the SWOT analysis method is used to formulate systematic optimization strategy: first,relying on internal advantages,innovation of school-running mode;The second is to weaken the internal disadvantage,give play to their own hematopoietic function;Third,seize external opportunities to strengthen the foundation of school development;Fourth,overcome external challenges and create a new situation for the school.Combined with the characteristics of the school itself,the disadvantages of school development should be improved by taking advantage of the situation,and the advantages of school development should be highlighted,so as to promote the endogenous development and sustainable development of small-scale rural schools in minority areas.
