In China,the imbalance of education is more prominent,and the allocation of high-quality resources,especially high-quality teachers,between urban and rural schools is unfair.Although in recent years,the state has made great changes in the situation of rural teachers by means of "special post plan","targeted training" and "teacher exchange",but it is restricted by many subjective and objective factors.Rural small-scale schools,which are the nerve endings of education in China,are rarely able to attract and retain these excellent teachers.Therefore,for small-scale rural schools,to obtain high-quality resources,we need to find a new way out.With the arrival of the information age,space-time restrictions will be broken.It can be said that educational informatization is a fast lane for small rural schools to obtain high-quality resources.Under the influence of the trend of educational informatization,small scale schools in rural areas can share high quality educational resources and achieve sound development through the gradual improvement of information construction.However,through the reading of relevant literature,the author finds that the "Matthew effect" appears in the educational informatization of our country.The construction of information technology is in full swing in the high quality schools,but it is a sad sight in the weak schools which need the construction of information technology more than ever.So,what kind of scene is the information construction of the small-scale rural schools in our country which is in a more vulnerable position? At present,the research on this aspect is still less.In order to understand the present situation of the information construction of small scale rural schools,this study is based on the data and interview data obtained from the large-scale research conducted by the China Institute of Rural Education Development in 12 provinces in China in December 2015.The main part of the thesis is divided into four parts: the first part is the research design and sample description,the research design part mainly introduces the research ideas,research methods,data sources,sampling instructions and research tools;the sample description mainly introduces the basic situation of small-scale rural schools,principals and teachers.The second part is the investigation of the present situation,which is based on the "Evaluation index system of educational informatization" formulated by the "investigation and research on the construction and application of educational informatization in primary and middle schools",and combined with the actual needs of this study.After many rounds of discussions with their mentors,it was determined that the construction of information infrastructure,the construction of information resources,and the information literacy of teachers in small rural schools,This paper investigates the present situation of informatization construction in rural small schools from five aspects,such as information application and information management,and takes rural non-small schools as reference objects to compare the differences of information construction in rural schools of different scales.More in-depth understanding of the rural small-scale school information construction problems.The third part is the discussion and analysis of the results of the research,according to the results of the investigation,the problems existing in the information construction of rural small schools are deeply analyzed,and the explanation path of these problems is analyzed.In the fourth part,aiming at the problems faced by the information construction of small rural schools,the author tries to put forward the following countermeasures: first,to carry out the policy of classified development based on application and demand;second,to raise information funds from all sides.Expand the space for informatization development;third,informatization as a priority strategy to improve the information ability of the talent force;fourth,expand the scope of application of information technology and give full play to the role of information technology;fifthly,strengthen the exchange and cooperation between schools in the region,To realize the sharing of high quality resources.
