Since the education reform,the domestic education and training industry has developed rapidly,and its scale has grown continuously.With the change of education and training policies and market environment,the education and training industry is facing a broad space for development and significant challenges.In this context,if S online vocational education training companies want to survive and develop,they must innovate service marketing strategies and improve service level and quality.As an Internet online education and training organization,S Online Vocational Education and Training Company mainly engages in various vocational and technical training,employment consulting,project development,etc.This paper takes S Company as the research object,and analyzes the service marketing environment,competitive advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the company.The customer satisfaction with the company’s service marketing is investigated and analyzed by questionnaire,and the existing problems are analyzed from seven aspects: product,price,channel,promotion,personnel,service process and tangible display.And combined with service blueprints and service packages and other tools and methods,it puts forward suggestions for improvement of its service marketing strategy.Based on the actual situation of S Company,combined with service marketing theory and practice research,this paper uses professional tools to study and analyze problems and put forward targeted solutions,providing corresponding guidance and help for the daily operation and management of S Company,and also providing some reference for the service marketing strategies of similar enterprises.
