The supplementary education in Israel referred to in this article is equivalent to our country’s off-campus education.It is an organized,planned,and purposeful influence on the educated to satisfy their knowledge learning,skill improvement,and emotional needs.,All-round development of education that creates conditions,provides services,and carries out various activities.Since the reform and opening up,my country’s education has been strongly supported by the state,and the development of education has advanced by leaps and bounds.At present,my country’s off-campus education is in a period of vigorous development,and the forces of off-campus education overlap and co-exist with each other,and off-campus education has become an important way of educating people.What does not match the rapid development of the situation is the imbalance of national attention,and the long-term lack of attention has caused serious problems in the theory,policy and practice of off-campus education,thus restricting the long-term and healthy development of off-campus education.Israel is a powerful country in education.In recent years,the various talents that Israeli education has provided to the society and the world have attracted the attention of many countries in the world to Israeli education.It is found that the supplementary education carried out by it has a unique operating system and development process,which plays an important role in the harmonious development of students’ quality development,health guidance,moral norms and intellectual development.Using school education to carry out general education courses,using supplementary education to help individuals develop their strengths and make up for their shortcomings,and to help cultivate high-quality talents,the special charm and successful experience of Israel’s supplementary education are worthy of our in-depth study.Aiming at the problem that the current off-campus education can no longer meet the needs of students’ development,this paper will use the literature method and historical research method to analyze and study the current Israeli supplementary education,and at the same time sort out the deficiencies in the development of off-campus education in my country,aiming to be able to contribute to the development of off-campus education policies.Propose effective countermeasures in terms of formulation and implementation.Based on this purpose,this study is divided into five parts:The first part,combined with the development of supplementary education in Israel,explains the background and significance of the research,analyzes the current research status,functions,and content of supplementary education in Israel at home and abroad,and clarifies the research ideas and methods adopted.The second part explains supplementary education and out-of-school education.Introduce and explain the connotation of the government governance theory and overlapping influence threshold theory used in this paper,and the applicability of these theories to this paper.The third part analyzes and sorts out the development process of supplementary education in Israel.Through sorting out and analyzing the formation conditions of Israel’s supplementary education,exploring the specific content of the goals,requirements and principles of supplementary education,and summarizing the transformation of Israel’s supplementary education in the process of going through different stages of development.In the fourth part,by clarifying the development process of my country’s off-campus education,it is analyzed that there are problems in the development of off-campus education in my country: at the macro level: the theoretical system of government policy support is not perfect;at the meso level: the education system does not support enough after-school education;at the micro level: Individuals and groups have a one-sided understanding of off-campus education.The fifth part,combined with the development achievements of Israel’s supplementary education,based on the reality of my country’s off-campus education development,reflects that my country’s off-campus education should be diversified,and at the same time,high-quality development of off-campus education is required.According to the analysis of reality and theory,it is proposed that my country’s off-campus education should establish a sustainable development mechanism,and it must meet the requirements of national development and ensure the Chinese characteristics of the off-campus education system.
