General secretary Xi Jinping stressed the importance of aesthetic education in a series of important speeches,especially in the 2018 "Reply to the Old Professor of the Central Academy of Fine Arts",Pointing out that "It is necessary to strengthen aesthetic education.In order to do a good job in aesthetic education,we must insist to strengthen moral education and cultivate people,rooted in the life of The Times,following the characteristics of aesthetic education,and carry forward the spirit of Chinese aesthetic education,so that the young generation of our motherland possess healthy physical and mental circumstances.How to put the general secretary’s speech into practice and give full play to the role of aesthetic education is the focus of aesthetic education in the future.Folk art is a unique carrier of the national culture.In the process of children’s development,national handicraft plays an indispensable and essential role in the inheritance of national culture,the strengthening of national identity and the children’s experience,appreciation and creation of beauty.Russia is a grand cultural nation with profound cultural and artistic heritage,long history and profound influence.In particular,the art education outside the school has its own unique charm and system,making its own contribution to the evergreen tree of art and culture.Both supplementary education for children and national handicraft art courses have their unique features,which need us to study in depth.This article bases on collecting,reading and analyzing a large number of Chinese and foreign literature,combined together the literature method,the comparison method and the case study method to introduce the Contemporary Russian Children Education and the basic situation of National Handcraft.Based on the 2014 "Russia in Children Education Development Plan" and 2001 "Art Education Concept(idea)of the Russian Federation" national fundamental document of Russian education system of art education goals and Russian scholars on the analysis of the course objectives,this article expounds the Russian children education national handicraft art curriculum objectives and content.Three kinds of handicraft art courses with typical Russian national characteristics are selected from a large number of Russian materials foranalysis and research,and the value of Russian children’s supplementary national handicraft art courses is analyzed and refined from three dimensions: national weaving and embroidery handicraft art courses,national painting handicraft art courses and national decoration and display handicraft art courses.It also explains the implementation and evaluation of three kinds of national handicraft art courses,and uses case analysis method to analyze the implementation and evaluation of national handicraft art courses.In the last section of the third,fourth and fifth chapters of the paper,I put forward my own thinking.In the last chapter of the paper,on the basis of summing up the experience and lessons of the development of the national handicraft art curriculum in Russian children’s supplementary education,some reasonable and feasible references are provided for the development of the art curriculum in out-of-school education in China from the aspects of curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation.
