China’s folk game resource system is huge,rich in content.Folk game resources are conducive to children’s physical and mental development,but also help to enrich kindergarten curriculum.It is of great value and significance to integrate and effectively integrate folk games and kindergarten curriculum.This study used A case study to select Nanchong City A kindergarten.Interviews,observation and text analysis were used to collect information about the integration of folk games into A kindergarten curriculum.By coding the key information collected from relevant materials,summarize the current situation of folk games into A kindergarten curriculum,including the screening mechanism of folk game resources in the A kindergarten,setting of curriculum target system,organization and implementation of curriculum content,evaluation of curriculum,and establishment of curriculum support system;analyze the value and strategy of folk games into A kindergarten curriculum,and deficiency of folk games into A kindergarten curriculum;finally propose the integration of folk games into kindergarten curriculum.Through the survey of folk games into A kindergarten curriculum,found that A kindergarten collection and organize including folk sports games,folk language games,folk music games,game resources,and all kinds of folk games into the kindergarten health,language and art education areas,the main way of curriculum including teaching activities,games,life activities,and festivals and parent-child activities,and established the corresponding curriculum support system.The integration of folk games into A kindergarten curriculum generates certain value,including promoting the physical and mental development,teachers’ professional ability and increasing the richness of folk games into kindergarten curriculum,establishing systematic curriculum objective system,forming content organization form of "field learning centered" and "theme activity centered",realizing diversified curriculum implementation approaches,forming long-term curriculum evaluation system and creating diversified curriculum support system.However,the integration of folk games into A kindergarten curriculum also shows many shortcomings,including the lack of curriculum objectives,the lack of systematic planning of curriculum content,the scattered curriculum implementation,and the simple evaluation of curriculum developers,the collection and arrangement of folk games,the creation of game environment.It is suggested that Kindergarten A should enrich and sort out the content of folk games,strengthen the integration of folk game activities and basic courses,reasonably plan the environment creation of folk games,and strengthen the evaluation and management of folk game courses,so as to strengthen the integration of folk games and kindergarten courses.
