Xinjiang Inner High School Class is to select outstanding junior high school graduates from Xinjiang to study and live in the economically developed areas inside.The purpose of holding Xinjiang Inner High School Class is to cultivate more outstanding talents for Xinjiang to participate in the construction of Xinjiang,implement the strategy of strengthening the country with talents,and promote the high-quality development of Xinjiang region.Inner high school classes have been held for more than 20 years,training a large number of outstanding talents for Xinjiang,the form of running classes from separate classes to now mixed classes,but Xinjiang students to the mainland to school,to face a lot of difficulties,mainly is the problem of cultural adaptation.This study is to study the current situation of cultural adaptation of Xinjiang students in the inner high school class by analyzing the cultural adaptation of Xinjiang students in Qingdao X High School in Qingdao.Through research methods such as survey,interview and field understanding,we specifically understand the current situation of cultural adaptation of Xinjiang students and local students after mixed class placement,and find that their cultural adaptation problems mainly exist in lifestyle,interpersonal interaction and knowledge seeking.The Xinjiang students changed more and adapted better when they first came to Qingdao and after they came to Qingdao for a period of time.At first,they mainly had cultural maladjustment in living environment,language and food,while later they mainly had cultural maladjustment in learning,sense of identity and sense of belonging.These cultural maladjustments are due to their different psychological adjustment ability and personality,but also due to school management,curriculum and government policies.In order to improve the cultural adaptation of Xinjiang students in mixed classes,Xinjiang students themselves should be prepared for the difficulties and do a good job of psychological adjustment,and schools,the government and society should also actively take various measures.Schools should implement multicultural education,create a multicultural campus cultural environment,implement a multicultural integrated education and teaching model,systematically carry out mental health education,and organize various activities that are conducive to the cultural adaptation of Xinjiang students.The government should fully guarantee the implementation of the Xinjiang Inner High School Class from the system and financial resources.It is believed that through the joint efforts of many parties,this intellectual aid policy will develop in a healthier direction and give better play to its nurturing function.
