In recent years,students in the compulsory Educational stage have been overburdened with academic work and out of school training is not standardized.To solve this problem,the Party Central Committee has made an important strategic deployment for the "double reduction" work.Teachers on the teaching front line bear the main responsibility for implementing the "double reduction" policy.In the new educational situation,new content has emerged in the professional mission of teachers,and their professional pressure has also undergone new changes.What is the occupational stress status of primary school teachers under the background of "double reduction" ? What are the factors that affect the occupational stress of primary school teachers? How to cope with and alleviate the professional pressure of primary school teachers? Studying and exploring the above issues provides effective data for the education administrative department on the occupational pressure of teachers under the new education policies,better stabilizing the teaching staff,and promoting the sustained and healthy development of China’s education industry.Based on the experience of primary school teachers’ occupational pressure under the "double reduction" policy,this paper takes three primary school teachers in Jimo District of Qingdao as the research object,and analyzes the current situation of primary school teachers’ occupational pressure and its influencing factors under the "double reduction" policy by combining questionnaires and interviews.The questionnaire survey is mainly conducted from seven dimensions: workload,student management,teaching reform,social treatment and evaluation,school management,self-development needs,and family interpersonal communication.The study concludes that approximately three-quarters of the participants believe that after the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,the professional pressure of teachers has significantly increased and become heavier.Among the seven dimensions of this survey,primary school teachers in Jimo District have the most prominent occupational stress in terms of workload,and the smallest occupational stress in terms of interpersonal family interaction.Married teachers have higher occupational pressure than unmarried teachers;The professional pressure of subject teachers is greater than that of non subject teachers;The occupational pressure of class teachers is significantly higher than that of non class teachers;There are significant differences in the self-development needs of teachers with different professional titles and levels.The interaction and influence of multiple factors such as society,schools,and teachers constitute the main source of occupational stress for primary school teachers.Research and propose strategies and suggestions to alleviate the occupational pressure of teachers in response to the sources of stress: effectively ensuring and improving teacher welfare benefits;Establish a collaborative education mechanism involving multiple parties to form a consensus on reducing burden;Strengthen teacher ethics education and improve teacher literacy;Reduce the non teaching burden and alleviate the professional pressure of homeroom teachers and subject teachers;Enhance the effectiveness and targeting of training,empower teachers;Improve management methods and establish a sound teacher management system;Optimize personnel allocation and implement a flexible work system;Promote innovation in educational evaluation methods;Having a correct understanding of the "double reduction" policy and possessing positive emotions;Enhance one’s professional abilities and always maintain an educational mindset;Actively seek social support and maintain good Interpersonal communication communication;Persist in exercise and establish awareness of sports and leisure.
