Education is a long and continuous process.Only relying on school education without the help of family education,it is difficult to support the growth of students.Not combined with school education,family education will also be feeble.Home-school cooperation is not only a supplement to school education,but also an extension of family education.With the rapid development of the economy,science and technology,the ways of people’s lives,study and work have undergone tremendous changes.Mobile phones,computers,short videos,public accounts,and network media fill our lives every day.The channels for us to obtain information have exploded,and the ways of home-school cooperation have also changed.The home-school cooperation in junior high schools based on network communication technology is convenient for parents,teachers and schools to communicate with each other.But it also has many drawbacks.As the end of compulsory education,junior high school is the key section connecting primary school and senior high school.With the rapid increase in the content of knowledge learned by the junior high school students,the academic performance and interpersonal communication of most students will change greatly at this stage.During this period,good communication and cooperation between school and family can create a good growth environment for students and provide them with spiritual support and pleasure.After reading some domestic and foreign references on home-school cooperation,this paper takes T School in Qingdao as a case study,adopts questionnaire survey and interview methods,and extensively collects sample data so as to obtain some data on the application status of network communication technology in home-school cooperation in junior high schools,and analyzes,compares and collates the obtained data.It aims to analyze the problems existing in home-school cooperation of network communication technology in junior high schools.The survey results of this study looked for the existing home-school cooperation problems from three aspects: schools,teachers and parents,and proposed corresponding optimization strategies from four dimensions: society,school,teachers and parents.At the level of schools,the network communication technology adopted by the school is not unique and the function is scattered within the process of home-school cooperation process.The activities are usually one-way output to parents by means of network communication technology,so the interaction between parents and schools is weak.Schools lack the necessary means to evaluate and reward home-school cooperative work based on network communication technology.At the level of teachers,there are obvious differences in home-school cooperation among teachers.The main works of home-school cooperation are undertaken by headteachers through network information technology.There is a disconnection between the idea and the action within the teacher groups.The ideal is full,but the practical operation is unbearable.The communication content between teachers and parents by means of network information is mainly about academic performance and daily performance,and the content is simple.At the level of parents,their own educational quality is insufficient,and they are unwilling to undertake the necessary responsibility of family education;Parents have limited ability to cope with the changing network communication technology platform;In addition,parents and teachers in the home-school cooperation take unclear boundaries of responsibility.They blame each other and do not cooperate with each other.The above problems are caused by the lack of correct home-school cooperation concepts among parents,schools and teachers,the inappropriate application of network information technology and the lack of necessary home-school cooperation assessment programs in schools.In view of the above problems,this study believes that the government can refine the rules and regulations of home-school cooperation and provide a correct value orientation for us.Schools should enrich the content of home-school cooperation,establish a fixed and commonly used home-school cooperation network communication technology platform and make specific and detailed plans to improve the frequency of home-school cooperation.In addition,the school should also do a good job in the evaluation and feedback of home-school cooperation activities based on network communication technology.Teachers should change their educational concept,get rid of the teacher-centered educational concept and educational behaviors,and innovate the form of cooperation between schools and homes.Parents should keep learning to improve their application ability of network communication technology and educational literacy so that they can update their educational ideas and methods.Society,schools,teachers and parents should cooperate with each other to jointly create a smart campus and create a good home-school cooperation atmosphere in the work of home-school cooperation of junior high school based on network communication technology.
