Research On The Problems And Measures Of Home-school Communication Based On Network Platform

Aimed at the all-round development of students,our country comprehensively carries out quality education,combining school and family.Home-school communication is an important means to form the joint force of school education and family education.Meanwhile,in the era of rapid development of information technology,various network communication platforms have gradually become the main media of home-school communication.This thesis attempts to study the current usage of network platforms in home-school communication,and finds the methods and strategies to solve the current communication difficulties,in order to enhance the cooperation between home and schoolStudents in junior school is an important period for their physical and mental development Based on the questionnaire and interview records of A middle school in Guangzhou City,this paper analyzes the current situation of home-school communication from the perspective of cognition and practice respectively,clarifies its achievements and problems and tries to work out approaches to create a harmonious and effective home-school communication atmosphere for its further effectiveness.On the basis of questionnaire and interviews,the existing problems in home-school communication are mainly concentrated in four aspects:the first is lack of awareness for communication;the second is improper communication methods;the third is the single communication content;the fourth is the poor communication results.The main reasons are as follows:poor educational philosophy,lack of communication skills,"exam-oriented education" mode and utilitarian social thoughts,and imperfect home-school communication systems of network platforms.The paper puts forward suggestions to improve the home-school communication on the network platforms:to build a good communication relationship between parents and teachers;to improve the communication skills of parents and teachers;to enrich the content for home-school communication;to establish the guarantee mechanism of network communication platforms.
