In the 21st century, science and technology are progressing with each passing day. The society has put forward a more and more demanding requirements of talent's quality and quantity. So it is impossible to accomplish this historic mission to depend on the unilateral efforts of the school alone. School education has to re-examine its role and status, to break the space-time segmentation of school education and family education, in the hope of forming a new integrative education pattern with school education as the main body, home education as the base,and relying on the social education. The emergence of home-school cooperation represents a change of education concepts, also represents the respect to personality and status of parents. Home-school cooperation is precisely based on this shared sense of responsibility, closely linked together the school education and the family education, to achieve the complementary advantages, have created a burden-sharing but a powerful education force. Multimedia computer technology and network technology has gradually penetrated into education, health care, modern industrial and communications, while its convenient, timely features provide a problem-solving ideas and ways for education reform and home--school cooperation.The main purpose of this study is to provide an effective and convenient way for the home-school cooperation, in order to promote the education and young people's overall development. Home-school cooperation network platform is not just an platform of information exchanging, but also to provide users with more educational scientific knowledge. Despite the lack of face-to-face emotional exchange, but the advantages of facilitate quick and content-rich enough to make the platform to become one of the principal means of communication for parents, students and teachers. In the paper writing I followed the theories of home-school cooperation, and used many methods such as the literature research method, case study method, experimental method and questionnaire survey and interviews, analysised the status of home--school cooperation and user needs, made the entire design and development of the platform based on the statistical analysis, so effectively guarantee the applicability and usefulness of the platform.The paper divides into six chapters:Chapter One is the introduction, which mainly describes the background of this study, principles, meaning and status of domestic and foreign research and research ideas and methods; Chapter Second is an overview of home-school cooperation theory, mainly related to the analytic of concept, the relevant theory and the strengths and weaknesses of network platform; Chapter Third is a investigation and analysis of home-school cooperation, mainly including the investigation of network and the survey related of parents, students and teachers. Through these investigations and analysis to understand the feasibility of the network platform, users attitudes and the status; Chapter Fourth is the design of home-network platform, primarily based on user needs to complete the design of platform architecture and database; Chapter Fifth is the realization of function modules and implementation and also about testing and summary of the platform, mainly introduces several major features and a simple analysis of test results; Chapter Sixth is about summary and outlook, mainly about research summary, as well as prospects for future research.
