| Inheriting the excellent traditional Chinese culture is an important mission of the Chinese language discipline.The nature and characteristics of the Chinese language discipline also determine the selection of its teaching content.Mencius is one of the Confucian classics,with rich ideological content and distinctive linguistic features.It plays an important role in shaping students’ personality,broadening their horizons,and infiltrating their qualities.Therefore,this article takes the selected articles of Mencius in the departmental edition of textbooks as the starting point,excavates the traditional cultural value contained in Mencius,and strives to build a teaching system of selected articles of Mencius in junior high school Chinese from the perspective of cultural inheritance.The continuous integration of traditional culture and education and teaching has injected new vitality and vitality into the Chinese classroom,but there are also many problems,such as the rigid teaching model,students can only learn passively in the classroom and the knowledge they learn is relatively one-sided;The teaching goal is single,and teachers neglect students’ emotional experience in order to catch up with the teaching progress,resulting in the teaching path of Mencius in junior high school becoming narrower and narrower.The reason can be attributed to the prominent utilitarianism of the educational environment,which makes it difficult to achieve cultural inheritance;Due to the rapid progress of conventional teaching,traditional cultural education is easy to be ignored;Cultural elements are cumbersome,teachers’ interpretation is difficult,and teachers’ emotional grasp of Mencius education and teaching is biased.To promote Chinese civilization and highlight the humanistic connotation,teachers should not only explore the cultural connotation of Mencius,but also deeply analyze the educational value of Mencius in Chinese teaching."The traditional cultural elements in Mencius are extremely rich,which requires teachers to comb the knowledge context for students as much as possible during teaching,create situations for students through such methods as understanding people and discussing the world,multiple readings,and multimedia teaching,help students understand the cultural characteristics of the times in Mencius,and enhance their sense of identity with traditional culture.Chinese teaching should be combined with students’ learning characteristics,and teachers’ teaching should not be limited to fixed text explanations.Teachers can gradually transition from theory to practice through multiple modes such as mind mapping,thematic discussion,and interdisciplinary teaching,cultivating students’ cultural sentiment,and guiding students to consciously inherit Chinese civilization in Chinese practical activities.The selective teaching of Mencius based on cultural inheritance has rich theoretical value and practical significance.It is hoped that the above content can be verified in different teaching practices,contributing to the cultivation of fully developed middle school students and the continuous expansion of new ideas in the teaching of the Chinese language discipline. |
