| Cultural revitalization is the endogenous driving force of rural revitalization.Although the injection of capital and policy support can support rural development,the most important thing to find a sustainable development road for rural revitalization is to dig the foundation of rural society and rebuild the lost rural culture.Because of their unique cultural identity,rural schools are the spirit and soul of rural society.In order to revitalize rural culture,schools must pass through this important way.Rural schools play the role of cultural guidance and cultural inheritance,release the nuclear power of culture,stimulate the rural people’s sense of identity and sense of belonging to the local culture,so as to actively participate in the rural public cultural life,and inherit and protect the rural culture.Therefore,rural schools,as the main body of rural education,should assume the social education function of school education in the process of rural construction,and be together with the close "integration" of rural society,to protect the "cultural" roots of rural areas.In this study,X primary school by using the method of case study was selected as the research object to explore the mechanism of the chimvillage school relationship.Three research methods,including literature analysis,interview and observation method,are used in the specific operation process.Field research on X Primary School truly presented the development status of X Village and X Primary School,and dismantled the relationship between the village and the primary school.Combined with this case and related theories,the cultural function mechanism of rural schools on rural society under the "chimerism" relationship between rural schools and rural society is analyzed,so as to put forward favorable measures for the better chimerism of village school relationship and the cultural community.In the historical evolution of the village-school relationship,we find that the village-school relationship in China has been closely embedded since ancient times,with a good historical foundation and natural advantages.By analyzing the real case "village school relationship" chimerism mechanism,found the village school "chimerism" in the process of cultural community follow the cultural coordination mechanism,cultural symbiosis mechanism,cultural innovation mechanism three stages,the village school through three mechanisms of financing development out of the local and modernity,realize the symbiotic development.In order to better promote the current rural society and rural schools to be truly integrated into a symbiotic cultural community,this research puts forward favorable measures from three aspects: "resumption of rural culture","positive position of rural schools" and "admission of rural schools",in order to realize the two-way rush between rural society and rural schools. |
