With the continuous progress of the society and the times,as well as the continuous improvement of the comprehensive quality of the people,under the background of the "Double Reduction" policy,quality education is playing an increasingly important role in primary and secondary education,and this phenomenon is especially prominent in the enlightenment stage of basic education,that is,in the period of children.Based on the establishment of Montessori kindergartens in China,All kinds of children’s quality interest classes emerge at the historic moment,followed by the frequent online children’s quality and ability of video tutorials.With the implementation of the "Double Reduction" policy,disciplinary institutions have been greatly impacted,and quality-oriented education has become a new research object in the 21 st century education institutions for young children.This paper takes the transformation of PB Company after the development of quality education as an example.After the transformation,PB Company is a directly owned chain children’s quality education institution,the main business is children’s English drama performance and speech,mainly to improve children’s language ability,followed by the cultivation of children’s comprehensive ability and confidence.Supporting products: children bilingual aesthetic education,calligraphy,chess,science and other quality education projects.Based on the theory of 6R customer growth model,this paper systematically studies the customer growth strategy of PB company,and uses PEST model and SWOT model to analyze the influence of external and internal environment of the enterprise.This paper applies the theory of6 R customer growth model to the optimization study of customer growth strategy of PB company.It not only combines customer growth acquisition,customer activation and customer realization into the actual customer growth strategy,but also combines the product status,teaching practice and customer service methods to give full play to the quality education marketing advantages of PB company after transformation under the background of "Double Reduction" policy.To ensure the long-term sustainable operation of the company.This paper provides a specific case reference for the transformation of disciplinary institutions into quality-oriented education institutions,and tests the universality of the application of customer growth model in quality-oriented education.
