Medical Social Worker Prostatic Cancer Patient Degree Of Satisfaction

Prostate Cancer(PCa)is one of the most common malignant tumors of th emale genitourinary system,which originates from the prostate epithelium.In t he global tumor epidemiology statistics,prostate cancer has been the second hi ghest incidence of male malignant tumors.The diagnosis and treatment of pros tate cancer is the focus of attention of urological specialists.Currently,most of the studies on prostate cancer disease are in epidemiology,diagnosis and treat ment,hospital nursing and other aspects,while there are few studies on the ps ychological and social aspects of patients from the perspective of social work.The ultimate goal of medical social workers is to help patients and their famili es deal with psychosocial problems related to medical treatment,treatment and health maintenance(economic,family,occupational,etc.),improve medical outc omes and quality of life.In this paper,through the empirical study of prostate cancer patients in a 3A hospital in Shanxi Province,through the questionnaire survey,in order to obtain the problems in the process of diagnosis and treatme nt of prostate cancer patients,and analyze the causes,service practice process and countermeasures;To evaluate the physical status of prostate cancer patients and develop feasible help programs to improve the psychological pressure of pr ostate cancer patients;To establish a social support system for prostate cancer patients by using the link and integration ability of medical social workers.Me dical social workers will sort out and analyze the physical,psychological,socia l and other problems of prostate cancer patients and their families in the servic e,and form systematic plans and opinions,so as to provide theoretical support for improving the medical treatment and service level of medical institutions an d improving patient satisfaction.
