The Exploration Of The Trinity Model-medical Social,Worker Social Workers Volunteers And Medical Personnels

In recent years, The conflict between doctors and patients appears frequently, the doctor-patient relationship has strained, and there is a great dissatisfaction of patients in overall quality of hospital service. Currently, under the advocacy and support of the government and society, more and more domestic hospitals introduce the medical social workers to assist staff according to their needs, and establish the Medical Social Work Department to ease the conflicts between doctors and patients, so as to improve the quality of hospital services and perfect medical service system. On the basis of practice in many cities, medical social work has developed many new models. I took an opportunity to practice in Foshan City, MCH, and participated in the activity named "Women love bright flowers" cancer patient care and "the cultivation of volunteer project", I used social work knowledge、methods and skills to promote the development of the project soundly. What I have done contains following aspects:considering the actual situation of Foshan City, MCH comprehensively, based on the social system theory and physical-psycho-social model, implementing and summarizing approaches applied in the project, generalizing and probing into the trinity model--medical social workers, health care workers, building a "medical social workers volunteer medical personnel" trinity MSW mode. By analyzing the operation of model, the problems that model may exist and the strategies how to replenish are proposed, hoping to summarize the model systematically and boost the possibility of mode’s replicable, thus promoting the localization process of the medical community work.The research mainly adopts literature research method, participant observation method, questionnaire survey method. To social workers, volunteers and medical staff "Trinity" of medical social work mode as the research object, the Trinity Mode of the main structure analysis, including three main bodies in the mode of the role, relationships and patterns of functional analysis. From the volunteer team management and building, patient and medical knowledge lectures, cases of cancer to explain the Trinity Mode of operation process, through questionnaire survey to assess the pattern of results and models exist. This study summed up the trinity model there are three aspects of the problem:model mechanism is not perfect, the field of practice to be extended, the service needs to be improved, and the corresponding solutions based on these issues. Finally draw a conclusion:government, social support is to promote the premise of the development mode, increase the propaganda of social work is to promote the development model is the necessary means and strive for the support of hospital leadership is to promote an important foundation for the development model.
