| In January 2018,The State Council issued the Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of Teacher Team Construction in the New Era,which clearly pointed out that "by 2035,millions of backbone teachers,hundreds of thousands of outstanding teachers,tens of thousands of educational-oriented teachers".This is the first time since the founding of the People’s Republic of China.For the first time,the central government issued a special document on the construction of teachers.As a new design of teacher type identification,"educationalist teacher" represents a higher level of national requirements for teacher career development and has a milestone significance."Educationalist teacher" is open to the whole field and needs in-depth correspondence of all disciplines.Focusing on physical education is helpful to expand the theoretical depth of the research on educationalist teacher.According to the ideological guidance of the document,combining with the needs of the field of higher education,the construction of the evaluation system of PE educationalist teachers in colleges and universities can provide a certain reference for the development planning and construction vision of PE teachers in colleges and universities in China.This paper mainly adopts qualitative and quantitative methods such as literature,expert interviews,Delphi,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to carry out specific research,through summing up and sorting out the related theory both at home and abroad connotation,on the basis of constructing evaluation index system of PE educationalist teachers in colleges and universities,empowerment weights of evaluation index system,and put forward cultivation path of PE educationalist teachers in colleges and universities.The following research results are obtained:1.According to the basic concept of " educationalist teachers ",select and determine the definition of " PE educationalist teachers ",that is,PE educationalist teachers refer to long-term school sports practice work,with noble morality,generosity and generosity.The knowledge base of sports culture,the systematic mastery of sports professional knowledge and skills,the unique and mature physical education thought,the major physical education achievements and professional reputation recognized in the region,and the leading physical education teacher who plays a leading and leading role.2.On the basis of following five principles of scientific principle,systematic principle,dynamic principle,feasibility principle and particularity principle,three elements of character factor,ability factor and subject factor should be taken as the starting point to construct the evaluation index system of PE educationalist teachers in colleges and universities.3.The evaluation index system of PE educationalist teacher in colleges and universities can build a three-level structure(including two first-level indicators of character heritage and ability capital,ethics,professional quality,teaching attitude,social reputation,knowledge cultivation,business skills,practical acquisition),8 second-level indicators and 38 third-level indicators of professional achievement),and empower the relevant weights of evaluation indicators at all levels.4.Cultivating the growth and development of PE educationalist teacher in colleges and universities should be carried out by abiding by the bottom line of teachers’ morality and improving moral cultivation;strengthening educational beliefs and shaping professional quality;establishing an honor system and creating a teacher-creating atmosphere;building a realization platform and accelerating the formation of practice and other ways to promote... |
