| The revitalization of "three balls" project is put forward in the "14th Five-Year Plan" for Sports Development to enhance the competitive capability of national team,provide a clear direction for the steady development of campus volleyball and step forward a sports power.Volleyball school for sport with traditional feature(hereinafter referred to as "Pai Chuan Middle School")is one of the important bases to cultivate volleyball reserves,while high school is the golden period of sports reserve cultivation,which has played a connecting part between preceding and following.At the same time,doing well in volleyball training for middle school students can provide dynamic source for the sustainable development of volleyball cause in our country.Obviously,it is indispensable to train a coach team with high quality and strong ability.At present,that the relationship between various ability indicators and their influencing factors in coaching is ambiguous has become an urgent problem to be solved for coaches during coaching.Thus,it has been an important guarantee to improve the strength of competitive sports in terms of how to comprehensively,scientifically and systematically to understand the coaching abilities of coaches.This study utilizes the method of citing bibliography,interviewing,questionnaire research and on-the-spot investigation to make a research on the basic situation of coaches in "Pai Chuan Middle School" in Fujian Province,explore the coaching abilities of coaches should possess,what factors will influence their coaching abilities,how to make up and perfect the coaching abilities of them,which provides direction for advancing the overall professional coaching abilities of coaches in Fujian Province,improving the competitive level of athletes,giving full play to the leading demonstration role of "Pai Chuan Middle School" in Fujian as well as enhancing students’ physical health,seeking and cultivating sports reserves so as to boost the prosperous development of volleyball.The following conclusions can be obtained from the study:(1)The evaluation indicator system of coaches’ coaching abilities in "Pai Chuan Middle School" in Fujian is made up of three levels,a total of 41 indicators.The weight of various indicators at each level is obtained through the evaluation of each indicator by experts.In the second-level indicators,the importance of the ability is ranked as follows:coaching and training ability,command ability in competition,organization and management ability,self-quality ability and self-improvement ability.(2)Currently,male coaches greatly outnumber female coaches in "Pai Chuan Middle School" in Fujian with a relatively reasonable age structure,young and middle-aged as the main force.Although the average education background is high,there are many coaches without professional title and with primary and intermediate level.In addition,the general scientific research level is low,the sports experience is not rich,the coaching experience are relatively short,coaching experience is insufficient,most of the coaches do not have referee level,which shows the imbalanced development of the coach team in "Pai Chuan Middle School" in Fujian.(3)The self-evaluation on the coaching abilities of coaches in "Pai Chuan Middle School" in Fujian suggests that the overall level of coaches’ coaching abilities in "Pai Chuan Middle School" in Fujian is higher.However,judging from the sub-ability of the second and third indicators,various levels are imbalanced with a great gap between strong and weak.(4)Not only does the coaches’ coaching abilities in "Pai Chuan Middle School" in Fujian be influenced by the coaching and training ability,coordination ability,self-improvement ability and other factors of coaches themselves,but also are affected by external factors such as coaching environment,school,athletes and coaches’ supplies.In order to improve the coaching abilities of coaches in "Pai Chuan Middle School" in Fujian Province,this study suggests to strengthen the construction of coaching environment for coaches and create a good working atmosphere,strengthen school leaders’ attention to volleyball and provide all-round guarantee for the coaches’ coaching and training work and increase the number of students playing volleyball to provide good resources to support coaching work for coaches,broaden the cultivation ways for coaches and stimulate the coaching potential of coaches. |
