Research On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Volleyball Extracurricular Training In Middle Schools Of Traditional Volleyball Projects In Guangzhou

The cultivation of sports talents has always been an important task in the development of competitive sports in our country.A strong reserve of competitive talents is an important foundation for our country to move from a sports power to a sports power.As an important part of my country's volleyball reserve talent training system,the volleyball traditional project school's reform and development play a vital role in the cultivation of outstanding volleyball reserve talents.As one of the earliest areas in my country to develop volleyball,Guangzhou has a broad mass base.This paper adopts the method of literature,expert interviews,questionnaires,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other research methods to conduct an in-depth investigation and research on the current situation of volleyball after-school training in five existing volleyball traditional project middle schools in Guangzhou.Its weak points and deficiencies,put forward reasonable reform measures,and provide reference and help for the training of volleyball reserve talents in Guangzhou.Below are key research findings:1.The number of traditional volleyball middle schools in Guangzhou is relatively small,and the management mechanism is reasonable.2.At present,there are more male and less female volleyball athletes in the middle schools of traditional volleyball events in Guangzhou.Active motivation and sufficient training time;Overall cultural learning performance is medium level,learning and training conflicts are not obvious.3.The scientific selection degree of traditional volleyball middle schools in Guangzhou is not high;Lack of systematic training programs;The training methods and means used by coaches in the training process are relatively traditional and single.Not paying attention to the recovery of athletes after training.4.The coaches of traditional volleyball middle schools in Guangzhou are mainly young and middle-aged;Have rich teaching experience;There are fewer coaches with volleyball experience and the overall sports level is low.The situation of scientific research and training is not very ideal.5.The talent delivery channels of the traditional volleyball middle schools in Guangzhou need to be improved;Each year to participate in the competition level is not high,fewer times.6.The leaders of the traditional volleyball program middle schools in Guangzhou attach great importance to the development of after-school volleyball training,and the training funds can basically meet the needs,but the funding sources are relatively narrow;Indoor venues are few,infrastructure construction and medical supervision mechanism are not perfect.The following countermeasures are proposed: 1.Further increase the attention of relevant leaders in Guangzhou.2.Improve the professional level of coaches and strengthen the degree of scientific training.3.Broaden sources of funds and strengthen infrastructure construction.4.Improve the supervision mechanism of Guangzhou volleyball traditional project middle schools.5.Build a scientific competition system and talent delivery channels.6.Establish a "people-oriented" concept of talent cultivation.
