Research On Social Work Service Strategies To Promote Interaction Among Residents Of Comprehensive Urban Communities

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China officially proposed the concept of "community governance",innovative community governance has become a hot topic,and with the change of living patterns brought about by urbanization,the problems caused by the heterogeneity of urban communities have gradually become prominent: residents’ needs for community services have become more personalized and diversified,but the internal motivation to participate in community governance has become less and less.This paper takes the promotion of community resident interaction as the starting point,and through promoting the interaction of community residents,to increase residents’ understanding of the community and other residents and improve residents’ sense of community belonging,so as to stimulate residents’ enthusiasm for participating in community public affairs.Taking the X community as an example,according to the analysis of social exchange theory,it is found that in the comprehensive urban community,the weakening of the attraction between residents,the lack of residents’ sense of community belonging,and the lack of ability of community neighborhood committees to carry out community activities will affect the interaction between residents.Social workers adopt the regional development model to carry out community work,and by increasing the attractiveness of residents and building common values between various self-organizations in X community,social workers have better promoted the interaction of residents in X community and stimulated the internal motivation of residents to participate in public affairs of X community.The study found that in comprehensive urban communities,when the interaction between community residents is shallow and superficial,the interaction frequency is low and the coverage of the interaction population is narrow,there are three service strategies for social workers to promote the interaction of community residents.The first is to promote the interaction between residents with the same interests,that is,to first hold relevant interest activities,so that residents with the same interests can realize understanding and interaction,and then establish an online and offline interest interaction mechanism to achieve the continuity of resident interaction;the second is to promote the interaction of various types of self-organization in the community,that is,on the one hand,to use the common needs of various types of self-organization to build a foundation for promoting various types of self-organizing interaction,on the other hand,by meeting the common needs of all kinds of self-organizing members,reconstructing the relationship between various types of self-organizing members.The third is to promote the interaction of different residents,that is,to improve the value of community activities as a breakthrough to promote the interaction of children and residents,and then through innovative forms of activities,give play to the leading role of child residents and promote their families to participate in community interaction.
