In 2019,in the school ideological and political Theory teachers’ symposium presided over by General Secretary Xi Jinping,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly put forward six specific requirements for ideological and political teachers in the new era.The "six requirements" have also become an important basis for middle school ideological and political teachers to improve themselves in the new era.In the new era,facing the more complex international situation,China needs to cultivate more outstanding teenagers with good ideological,political and personal moral qualities.Teachers of ideological and political courses in middle schools,as an important factor affecting teenagers’ ideological and political accomplishment and personal moral quality,need to play their due role in their growth.Based on this,this study chooses middle school ideological and political teachers as the group,takes the ideological and political construction of middle school ideological and political teachers as the research object,and explores the necessary ideological and political literacy and improvement strategies of middle school ideological and political teachers in the new era.In recent years,in the state,society and school education courses under the joint efforts of teachers,construction of ideological and political work of education courses teachers in middle schools has made certain achievements,middle school’s ideological and political education courses teachers overall situation is good,but at the same time,school education courses not enough firm ideal and faith,political attitude is not positive phenomenon still exists.As the main course to cultivate students’ good political consciousness and moral education quality,ideological and political courses in middle schools need teachers in charge of this subject to have high ideological and political accomplishment.In order to help middle school ideological and political teachers to better complete the task of casting soul and educating people and cultivate more young people with good ideological and political quality,it is of great significance to carry out strategic research on ideological and political construction work of middle school ideological and political teachers.Combining the characteristics of the new era and the ideological and political status quo of middle school ideological and political teachers,this paper demonstrates the significance of ideological and political construction of middle school ideological and political teachers in the new era on the basis of defining ideological and political education and other relevant definitions.Through the questionnaire survey method to collect data,analyze the present situation of the middle school ideological and political education courses teachers,teachers of middle school education courses in ideological and political problems are analyzed,combining with the vision of "six" to discuss the corresponding strategies,in order to enrich the middle school education courses for the construction of teachers’ ideological and political strategy,achieve the goal of education courses khalid ents.
