Education is the foundation of the nation,and our country is a large agricultural country,the proportion of the rural population is larger,so the basic education in rural areas has been the focus of Chinese education.Ideological and political education plays a central role in Chinese education,especially the ideological and political education in rural middle schools is particularly prominent and important."A matter of education;education plans,teacher centered",so as the main body of education teachers,not only directly affect the effectiveness of ideological and political education,but also related to the overall development of rural students and healthy growth,coupled with the rural middle school education of Ideological and political education object(middle school student)special in the environment and age.Therefore,Rural Ideological and political course construction of teachers in the countryside laid the key position of the ideological and political education.In the field survey of Yuanyang,we found that due to the unique conditions of rural society,economy and life,the teachers thought political education facing rural professional quality should be improved,the urgent need to improve the basic conditions of education,occupation burnout and other problems.There is no doubt that these problems is not only the key and urgent,and this is the special group of rural middle school teachers of Ideological and political course as the research object,basic reason and countermeasure analysis and discussion on the construction of the political class teachers in rural middle schools of thought of the original idea.This paper in this special field of our country rural middle school ideological and political education and the teachers in this special group,by questionnaire survey of Yuanyang County of Henan province has the typical characteristics of rural secondary school education and on-the-spot investigation as the basis,tries to analyze the related data,objectively reveal the existence of the current Henan Province Rural Ideological and political education team in the construction of the problems and their causes,and on this basis put forward constructive countermeasures.The content of this paper is divided into three parts:The part is the first chapter,from the rural middle school ideological and political teachers team construction for economic development,cultural construction,government policy and legal status of the ideological and political significance of the necessity of strengthening the construction of Ideological and political teachers in the countryside.The second part includes the first and second chapters,the second chapter is mainly carried out on the questionnaire design and survey,through on-the-spot investigation of Yuanyang,with the method of questionnaire,individual interviews,present rural middle school ideological and political teachers and the status of rural middle school ideological and political teachers,and on the basis of the questionnaire data,summarize the common problems existing in the rural middle schools,teachers and students.The third chapter mainly analyzes the causes of the problems in the construction of the ideological and political course teachers in rural middle schools,and analyzes the reasons from three aspects:the mechanism,the school and the teachers themselves.The last part is the third chapter,is mainly based on the causes of the problem and revealed in the previous section,put forward the suggestions and Countenneasures of the rural middle school ideological and political teachers policy guarantee mechanism,from the construction of rural middle school ideological and political teachers' support,school management and teachers' literacy level mechanism.With the rapid development of Chinese rural economy and society,the rural middle school ideological and political education and teachers team construction problems,whether in the form or content,are undergoing great changes,therefore,this paper based on investigation of Ideological and political education in Yuanyang County rural secondary school,analyzes the problems and causes,and countermeasures the corresponding.But in general applicability due to the limitations of the region,and on problem solving is not once and for all,so it needs further exploration and study in the rural middle school ideological and political education issues.
