Research On The Coordination Between The Construction Of Higher Vocational Education And Regional Industrial Development

For reform and opening up of China’s economy stand at a new historical node,under the "new normal" of China’s economy is facing unprecedented structural differentiation,the history of more than 40 years of reform and opening up in China,in a sense is a magnificent history of industry transformation and upgrading,industrial transformation and upgrading is substance and driving force of modern economic growth.The industrial transformation and upgrading in Zhejiang Province,located in the east coast of China,has significant regional characteristics.In the face of industrial transformation and development,Zhejiang Province prioritized innovation-driven strategy,made greater efforts to promote human capital investment,and placed the industrial structure transformation in the first place of the transformation of development mode.The higher vocational education is born in the industrial demand and serves the economic development.The industrial transformation and upgrading must require the talent structure of the industry to match it.Whether the specialty setting of higher vocational education meets the development of regional industrial economy directly affects whether Zhejiang’s economy can continue to maintain high quality development.Therefore,it is particularly important to enhance the new level of the development of higher vocational education supported by industry,improve the adaptability of higher vocational education to regional industrial economy,strengthen the research on the specialty construction of higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang Province,serve the transformation of regional economic development mode,and provide high-quality technical and skilled talents to support the construction of industrial system.Taking Zhejiang Province as an example,this study explores the adjustment of the specialty structure of higher vocational colleges from the perspective of regional industrial development,and whether the current situation of specialty setting of higher vocational colleges can adapt to the development of regional industries.Firstly,the relevant research results of domestic and foreign scholars are sorted out,and the core concepts involved are defined.System theory,and then in the internal and external relationships between the structure and function theory and education theory in higher vocational education on the basis of professional setting and the relationship between the regional industrial development for the analysis of the theoretical level,the higher vocational education specialty setting aims to explore the best combination,promote professional layout and the coordination of regional industry development,In order to realize the better function of higher vocational education system,it plays an important guiding role in deepening the reform and development of higher vocational education and promoting the establishment of positive interaction between higher vocational education and regional industry by studying and analyzing the problems in vocational specialty setting under the development of industry with the internal and external laws of education.Then,the development process and status quo of regional industry,higher vocational education and higher vocational specialty setting in Zhejiang province are analyzed to accurately grasp the basic characteristics of the research object.Then,entropy method and coupling coordination model are used to measure the coordination between higher vocational specialty setting and regional industrial development in 11 prefecture-level cities in Zhejiang,to get the changing trend of coordination between higher vocational specialty setting and industrial development,and to test whether the two systems of specialty and industry match.The results show that,on the whole,the system of higher vocational specialty setting and regional industrial development in Zhejiang province presents an intermediate coordination state,which belongs to the lag type of higher vocational specialty setting.The coupling coordination degree of Hangzhou and Ningbo ranked first and second in prefecture-level cities,showing primary coordination and reluctant coordination respectively.Jinhua and Lishui cities showed mild disorder,and Quzhou showed moderate disorder.Other cities are on the verge of disorder;In terms of the comprehensive development level and coupling coordinated development type of the two systems,only Zhoushan and Taizhou belong to the advanced type of higher vocational specialty setting,while the other 9 prefecture-level cities belong to the backward type of higher vocational specialty setting.Zhejiang province as a whole also shows the trend of higher vocational specialty setting lagging behind the regional industrial development.In higher vocational specialties and regional industry development in zhejiang province shows that on the basis of the different coordination type put forward higher vocational specialties and coordination of the regional industry development countermeasure,in order to realize higher vocational education in the process of our development adhere to the professional and industrial docking,in order to provide a solid technical skills personnel for the development of regional industry support.
