Research On The Specialty Setting And Optimization Mechanism Of Higher Vocational Colleges Under The Background Of Local Industry Transformation And Upgrading

The transformation and upgrading of local industry is the policy put forward by the government in the current economic situation.Under this background,the national policy,adjustment of industrial structure and regional industrial structure have a big influence on the vocational education.Experts from the two fields of production and education have done a lot of beneficial research and exploration on the specialty setting and optimization in higher vocational colleges.However,there is a big gap between the specialty setting and the goal of higher vocational colleges,with prominent structural contradictions,serious homogenization among colleges,without obvious characteristics,without matching between the quantity and market demand,and without obvious role of enterprises in the joint of specialties construction.The relevant theoretical research of the specialty setting in higher vocational colleges is also lagging behind the practice exploration,with more single case studies and empirical summaries,and less systematic and theoretical research.According to the idea of "existing problems?analyzing problems?solving problems",based on the theory of ecological balance in educational ecology and the diversity of educational ecology,this paper studies the specialty setting and optimization mechanism of higher vocational colleges under the background of local industrial transformation and upgrading.Focusing on the specialty setting and optimization of higher vocational colleges,this paper firstly investigates and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of specialty setting in higher vocational colleges in China;secondly,in view of the existing problems,this paper analyzes the causes from four aspects:employment "structural contradiction",professional "supply side reform”,higher education "deviation degree”effect and "four party coordination"governance system;finally,according to the causes of the problems,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.This paper analyzes the balance and sustainable development process of the production and education ecosystem of government,industry,market and college from the perspective of systematics and ecology,and constructs the system state model and adjustment dynamics model,as well as the way of specialty setting and adjustment.It has laid a theoretical foundation for the research and analysis of specialty setting and optimization in higher vocational colleges.In terms of the research on the "structural" contradiction of employment in colleges,in the process of industrial upgrading of intelligent manufacturing,the layout of industrial intelligent manufacturing demonstration sites is quite different from the layout of higher vocational colleges in the development process of industrial upgrading.There is a huge gap of high-quality technical talents,which restricts the development of enterprises.Blind expansion of higher vocational talents may lead to the imbalance of internal structure of higher education system which results that many regional colleges focus on the same field of specialty and the partial surplus of talent training.In terms of the practice of "Changzhou mode" of higher vocational specialty setting and optimization,this paper analyzes Changzhou Science and Education City,through the integration of vocational education resources,the establishment of cooperation between government,enterprises and schools.The research on the"deviation degree" effect of higher education in local transformation shows that the balanced distribution of industry employment structure in Changzhou is basically reasonable.Based on this,this paper puts forward the exploration and practice of talent training path of intelligent manufacturing specialty group under the background of new infrastructure construction.Research on the "supply side" reform of higher vocational specialty under the optimized setting,taking the mold industry as an example to carry on the specialty optimization setting.This paper analyzes the various needs of mold industry talents,establishes the index system for the six dimensions of mold specialty,quantifies the professional quality evaluation by using PISA simulation test method,and carries out the professional ability test through the combination of innovation and practice,and the effect is remarkable.The application of the most appropriate principle of educational ecology in specialty setting,giving full play to the ecological advantages in the theory of educational ecology,plays an important role in supporting the regional mold industry.In terms of the research on the governance system of "Four Party coordination" in higher vocational education,we should promote the construction of governance system and governance capacity of higher vocational education in accordance with the educational governance principles of "government management according to law,colleges running schools according to law,and extensive participation of the society".Based on big data governance,the government education authorities should improve relevant laws and regulations,improve the performance-oriented evaluation and internal governance system of higher vocational education.In order to realize the opening and sharing of public data between specialties and industries,improve relevant laws and regulations,and turn the specialty construction into functional reform and high-end development.The innovation of this paper are as follows:(1)Firstly using the theories of teaching ecology and systematics,constructe the state model of production and education ecosystem and the dynamic model of ecosystem adjustment,in order to analyze the crisis degree of the system and put forward the control strategies.(2)It is the first time to give a practical case of the "structural" contradiction in the employment of colleges in the intelligent manufacturing industry,the "supply side" reform of mold specialty,and the "Changzhou mode" practice case of specialty setting and optimization.(3)In terms of mechanism,it is the first time to put forward the "Four Party Coordination" governance system of higher vocational specialty setting based on theory and practice.Building a four party collaborative specialty setting and dynamic adjustment mechanism of "government regulation,industry guidance,enterprise participation,and college leadership",in order to realize the common governance based on multiple subjects.
