Research On The Integration Of Industry And Education In Financial And Economic Specialty In Higher Vocational Colleges

As an important part of the integrated development project of vocational education,it is the necessary meaning of deepening the reform of higher vocational education system mechanism to deeply study the development of industry and education integration of financial and economic majors in higher vocational colleges.It is also an urgent requirement to promote the supply-side reform of the training of financial and economic professionals in higher vocational colleges.It is also an important measure to promote the coordinated development of regional education and the promotion of the overall competitiveness of national education.Based on the theory of integration of industry and education,the theory of stakeholders and the theory of incomplete contract,this paper studies the theory and practice of the integration of industry and education in finance and economics major in higher vocational colleges.In terms of theoretical research,it clearly defines the integration of industry and education and the connotation essence of the related core concepts,from the theoretical and technical aspects,demonstrates the particularity and feasibility of the integration of industry and education of finance and economics major in higher vocational colleges,and on this basis,with innovation,coordination,green,open,shared,under the guidance of the new development concept,the construction should take the innovative development mechanism as the motive force,the coordinated development mechanism as the guarantee,the green development mechanism as the foundation,and the open development mechanism as the opportunity.Based on the shared development mechanism,the "five in one" integrated development mechanism of industry and education for financial and economic majors in higher vocational colleges.In the aspect of practical research,taking Fujian province as an example,a questionnaire survey is used to quantitatively analyze the industry and teaching integration of finance and economics major in higher vocational colleges in this province.According to the level of development,this paper uses SWOT model to qualitatively analyze the internal advantages,disadvantages and external opportunities and challenges of the integration development of finance and economics major in higher vocational colleges in this province,and designs corresponding development strategies.Based on the international experience of the integration of industry and education in the financial and economic major in higher vocational colleges,and drawing on the enlightenment that can be used for reference,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the integration of industry and education in the financial and economic specialty of higher vocational colleges.
