At present,the progress of the research on the professional development of famous teachers in China is slow.Researchers try to find out the path of the professional development of famous teachers through the study of their growth stage,growth law,growth path and influence factors.The "action learning model" includes four levels: practice,reflection,link theory and construction.Through comparison,it is found that it is consistent with the growth path of famous teachers.Therefore,this study attempts to study the professional development process of famous teachers based on the theory of "action learning model".The object of this study is Wang Jun,a famous Chinese teacher of the new generation,who developed rapidly in the period of the new curriculum reform.Youth language has attracted a large number of front-line teachers,especially among young teachers have a great influence.Experts and scholars in the field of youth language is quite controversial,praise and criticism.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the advantages and disadvantages of Wang Jun’s professional growth path.In order to clearly present Wang Jun’s professional development in four aspects,the researcher collected a large number of her lessons,interview materials,research papers and works,and studied the literature by using interview method,comparative research method,lesson case analysis method and literature research method,and reached the following conclusions.After the new curriculum reform,Wang Jun carried out active practice and exploration,and became an indispensable force among the new generation of famous teachers.On the practical level,Wang Jun attaches great importance to the positioning of text characteristics in teaching objectives,sticks to the text constitution and students’ learning conditions in the selection of teaching contents,presents flexible and diverse characteristics in teaching methods,implements encouraging evaluation in the evaluation,and is good at stimulating students’ thinking.On the reflective level,famous teachers reflected on "what to teach","how to teach" and "teaching effect" in the teaching process through teaching postscript,teaching notes,reflective essays and monographs.At the level of link theory,Wang Jun’s theory mainly comes from predecessors’ guidance and independent search.The theory of guidance,creation and innovation proposed by famous teachers in Chongqing is very important to Wang Jun’s professional development.In addition,it also links humanistic psychology and curriculum sociology,and is deeply influenced by philosophy and life aesthetics.On the construction level,wang jun proposed youth language and innovated reading teaching,but from the perspective of the effectiveness of the achievements of famous teachers’ construction,we should work out the teaching ideas,teaching models and teaching methods.Through further elaboration of the achievements of wang jun’s construction,we can find that the achievements of wang jun’s construction are incomplete.The study of Wang Jun’s professional growth also brings us enlightenment: young front-line teachers should have their own thinking when learning youth Chinese,dialectically treat her thoughts,and at the same time get inspiration from her development.
