| The professional growth experience of famous Chinese teachers is an advanced model for the professional development of first-line Chinese teachers.Research on the professional growth of famous Chinese teachers will help to play the exemplary and leading role of excellent teachers and strengthen the construction of Chinese teachers.The action learning model provides a new perspective for the study of famous Chinese teachers,including four elements: practical experience,practical reflection,link theory,and action construction.This research takes the action learning model as the analytical framework,and takes Yu Yingchao,a super-grade Chinese teacher,as the research object.It mainly adopts the literature research method,the lesson research method,and the case research method.The research and analysis are carried out in accordance with the idea of "combing practice-focusing on reflection-backtracking theory-focusing on constructionsummarizing enlightenment".As a second-generation Chinese teacher,Yu Yingchao carried out practical accumulation in accordance with the trend of the times,focusing on the orientation of national education policies and the background of Chinese teaching.This study analyzes the two classic courses "If by Life You Were Deceived" and "Talking The Screen".The teaching objectives,teaching content,and learning evaluation of the example are cut into,and the representative teaching practice is evaluated.At the level of practical reflection,Yu Yingchao reflects more on the problems in Chinese teaching from a more macro and comprehensive perspective.His practical reflection mainly includes reflection on teaching practice,reflection on Chinese teaching materials,and reflection on teaching research.The main theories linked by Yu Yingchao involve pedagogy,psychology,literary theory,aesthetics,Chinese reading aloud teaching theory,predecessor educational thoughts and other fields,including Xu Zhenwei,Hu Mingdao,Chen Zhongliang,Ning Hongbin,Qian Menglong,etc.The research of a famous Chinese teacher has a key influence on his professional growth.Yu Yingchao’s construction results are three middle school Chinese teaching propositions,which are embodied as "block-based teaching ideas" in teaching ideas,as "main problem design" in teaching design,and as "poetic techniques" in teaching methods.Then it analyzes the characteristics and practical strategies of the three,and their contemporary value to Chinese teaching theory and practice,and conducts objective analysis and rational reflection on the disputes existing in "block-based teaching thinking".The study found that the Yu Yingchao action learning model has two major characteristics: the integrity of the model and the focus of the elements.The study of this model can provide useful inspiration for the professional development of Chinese teachers.Based on the specific analysis of Yu Yingchao’s action learning model,this research summarizes the key paths and effective strategies for the professional development of Chinese teachers from the perspectives of close interaction,cyclical advancement and mutual penetration of the four elements of the action learning model,including contacting the times and accumulating practice;Reflect,strive for perfection;persist in research,drive development;carry forward the past and open the future,construct innovation. |
