| In the process of urbanization with Chinese characteristics, along with changes in macroeconomic policies and micro-development needs, hundreds of millions of migrant workers who have left agriculture and moved between urban and rural areas have been constantly flowing. As a result, how to resettle migrant workers in cities and increase their willingness to stay in cities has become a long-term hot topic in academic circles.Good social interaction is a necessity of contemporary urban life, but the social estrangement created by the dual socio-economic system has forced migrant workers to engage in introverted social interaction, forming a bad social network and affecting the quality of life. Will this behavior affect the willingness of migrant workers to live in cities? Answering the above questions is conducive to correctly guiding the social interaction between migrant workers and urban residents, improving the willingness of migrant workers to stay in the city, and further promoting the construction of new urbanization. On the basis of combing the existing literature, this paper expounds the influence path of introverted social interaction on the willingness of migrant workers to stay in the city and proposes research hypotheses, and then uses the 2017 National Migrant Population Dynamic Surveillance Data(CMDS)surveyed by the National Health and Health Commission In order to study the samples, through data screening,Stata14.0 was used to conduct empirical research on 47356 effective samples, and the binary Logistic regression analysis method was used to verify the research hypothesis of this paper, and the heterogeneity of migrant workers’ gender, age, and family income were analyzed.gender analysis. The main empirical research conclusions obtained in this paper are as follows:(1)Introverted social interaction has a significant negative impact on the willingness of migrant workers to stay in the city.Among the objects of communication in the peasant industry’s spare time, the more the number of fellow villagers, the more homogeneous their communication behavior, and the lower their willingness to stay in the city; The higher the willingness of the city.(2)The influence of introverted social interaction on migrant workers’ willingness to stay in the city has age-generational differences.Empirical research shows that introverted social interaction has the greatest negative impact on the willingness to live in cities of the "post-70s" migrant workers group, followed by the "post-80s" migrant workers group, and finally the "post-90s" migrant workers group.(3)The influence of introverted social interaction on the willingness of migrant workers to stay in the city is different in family income.Empirical research shows that introverted social interaction has the greatest negative impact on migrant workers with high family income, and the least negative impact on migrant workers with low and middle family income.Based on the above empirical research results, this paper puts forward corresponding policy suggestions on urban residential communities, migrant workers’ social education system, urban infrastructure and activities. |
