At present,migrant workers are a stage phenomenon during the period of China's transformation,and they are also a temporary choice in the process of urbanization.However,the development trend in recent years points out that the transition of expediency has evolved into a kind of institutional arrangement,and there is a trend of consolidation,the so-called "second generation of agriculture" phenomenon.Moreover,the award of social occupation,the relationship of occupational mobility and the distribution of occupations also have a certain impact on the fairness and openness of society.In addition,this phenomenon not only reduces the allocation efficiency of labor resources,but also affects the social incentive mechanism and social equity and security.Therefore,at present,the government of our country is facing the problem that the employment channels for migrant workers are narrow and the channels for occupational mobility are not smooth,these are also urgent problems to be solved by the current government.This thesis combines the theoretical logic of "theoretical basis-basic hypothesis-description of current situation-Empirical Analysis-countermeasures" to write.To begin with,this thesis briefly expounds the core concepts and related theories of migrant workers,the basic theory of social stratification,the theory of social mobility and stratum solidification,and the theory of intergenerational transmission,as the theoretical support for the follow-up study.At the same time,based on the characteristics of social mobility theory,social stratum structure,social environment with Chinese characteristics and market competition mechanism,this thesis also puts forward the basic hypothesis: the changing trend of migrant workers' inter-generational career mobility and transfer depends not only on the role of technological rationality-functionalism performance theory or self-induced factors,but also on many comprehensive factors.For example,family endowment,politics,economy,interests,culture and other factors determine.Moreover,some types of inter-generational changes of migrant workers' occupations show strong inheritance characteristics,while others may have strong liquidity characteristics under the support of national policies and market mechanisms.Moreover,under the guidance of the theoretical framework,the author combines the current typical problems related to the employment of migrant workers through reading the literature,and designs a questionnaire-issuing questionnaires-collecting data-processing data.Through descriptive statistics,the present situation reflected by the questionnaire is reflected in the form of data,so as to make an understanding of the basic situation related to the employment of migrant workers in Guangdong Province.Among them,including the analysis of the basic situation of migrant workers' occupation,occupational stratum and industry distribution,and using the analysis of migrant workers' occupational intergenerational transitivity and mobility matrix,this thesis explores the basic situation of migrant workers' occupational mobility,and makes a comparative analysis of the upward,downward or unchanged ratio of the father's occupation and the offspring's occupation,so as to have a more comprehensive understanding of migrant workers' intergenerational employment distribution.Basic information.Furthermore,this thesis uses the method of far-reaching logistic regression to analyze the reasons affecting the inter-generational transmission of migrant workers' occupations,and through variance analysis of the impact of inter-generational changes of migrant workers' occupations on individual subjective feelings,to evaluate the differences.The living environment satisfaction of migrant workers under the changing types of occupational class.Finally,this thesis summarizes the views of the full text and draws a conclusion.In addition,this thesis also puts forward policy recommendations for the rising channels of migrant workers' occupational class,so as to better help migrant workers to achieve career promotion and urbanization,which is conducive to social equity and stability.
