With the development of The Times,the demand of the fitness market is increasing,the rapid development of fitness clubs,the major higher vocational colleges according to the needs of the market as the guidance,actively set up fitness guidance and management major,for the society to train senior applied talents in the field of fitness guidance and management.The Fitness guidance and management major is highly practical.Through the combination of work and study teaching practice and the combination of theory and practice,the students of this major are cultivated in practical operation ability and career adaptability.The purpose of this paper is to understand the current situation of combining work with study teaching practice for students majoring in fitness guidance and management,sum up the shortcomings of relevant higher vocational colleges,students majoring in fitness guidance and management and relevant fitness clubs in carrying out combining work with study teaching practice,analyze the causes and explore and improve the practice process of combining work with study teaching.It is hoped to provide reference for the training of fitness professionals and the teaching practice of combining work with study in the major vocational colleges in Yunnan Province.This paper takes the process of work-study combination teaching practice of fitness guidance and management major in Yunnan Vocational and Technical College of Sports as the research object,adopts the method of literature,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,etc.,and investigates the current situation of work-study combination teaching practice of fitness guidance and management major.After statistical analysis of the survey results,the following conclusions are drawn.The teaching practice of combining work with study for the fitness guidance and management major can promote the mutual benefit of the school and the fitness club,and also improve the employment competitiveness of the students majoring in fitness guidance and management,However,in practice,there are some problems,such as insufficient connection between school and fitness club,unclear positioning of "dual subject" of fitness club,and insufficient cognition of students and parents on teaching combining work with study.Therefore,it is necessary for schools and health clubs to improve the degree of integration of work with study,including jointly developing talent training programs,jointly adjusting curriculum Settings,and jointly training dual-qualified teachers.Fitness clubs should also clarify the responsibilities of "dual subjects".In addition,schools should strengthen the cognition of students and their parents on the teaching practice of combining work with study.With the active participation of schools and fitness clubs,the effectiveness of combining work with study teaching practice should be improved to enhance students’ employment.
