Research On Social Work Intervention In The Observation And Correction Of Minors With Conditional Non-prosecution

Conditional non-prosecution system,as an important aspect of juvenile justice system,is a basic system in the field of juvenile delintic treatment and judicial protection,which plays a key role in how to save minors after breaking the law.The system of conditional non-prosecution of minors gives minors involved in crimes a chance to reform themselves,to achieve light punishment as far as possible,highlighting the special preventive role of punishment,and has positive practical significance for the realization of fairness and justice,long-term stability and the construction of a harmonious society.This paper first analyzes the conditions of application of conditional nonprosecution and summarizes the work content of judicial social workers who can participate in conditional non-prosecution.After that,from specific practical experience,through the practical process of judicial social workers' intervention in the observation and correction of unprosecuted minors with conditions,we summarize the problems in the process of observation and correction that have not formed a standardized observation and correction system,lack of multiparty collaboration,insufficient resources of judicial social workers,low social recognition,and lack of continuous correction mechanism,and propose corresponding improvement strategies,including promoting the standardization of observation and correction,strengthening social support,promoting the development of judicial social workers,improving social recognition of judicial social workers,and establishing a continuous observation and correction mechanism.The problems include the promotion of the standardized construction of probation and correctional services,strengthening the support of social forces,promoting the development of judicial social workers,improving the social recognition of judicial social workers,and establishing a continuous probation and correctional service mechanism.
