| In recent years,people’s living standards have been improving,and their desire and pursuit of having a good physical condition has become more intense,especially for junior high school students nowadays,and this demand is still increasing.This has put forward higher requirements for physical education in schools,which is required to keep pace with the times and launch corresponding reforms and innovations.In order to meet the realistic need of diversified knowledge acquisition of students in the new era,Yunnan Province carried out the reform of physical education in the secondary examination in 2020.This paper takes six middle schools in Zhaotong City as the objects of investigation,using literature,questionnaires,mathematical and statistical methods,interviews and field surveys,and then summarizing the relevant domestic and foreign literature on the important components of physical education,with the aim of providing scientific theoretical methods and practical bases for improving the work of the front-line workers of middle school physical education in Zhaotong City after the reform,for the orderly implementation of education The purpose is to provide new ideas and methods for the orderly implementation of education reform,school physical education and help students’ healthy development.The following conclusions were drawn from the survey:1.After the reform,the physical education examinations have changed tremendously in value,and the contents of the examinations are more extensive,while the students face more pressure to study.2.Through this reform,students need to be evaluated through several links such as physical education homework,physical education test,skill and technique assessment,and practical skills,which improve the technical skill requirements of students and focus on the cultivation of students’ physical education skills and athletic ability.3.The objectives and contents of physical education have been greatly affected,which also has positive significance for serving the physical education midterm.Students’ motivation to participate in physical exercise and learning attitudes has improved significantly,and also promoted the construction of junior high school physical education and health curriculum.4.The reform has strengthened the school physical education teachers to varying degrees,and at the same time the motivation of physical education teachers has been enhanced,but the shortage of teachers faced has also brought more pressure on the teaching and work of physical education teachers.5.The reform has led to the continuous improvement and renewal of school grounds and equipment,while most schools are also faced with insufficient grounds and shortage of equipment.The author makes the following suggestions for the problems shown in the above findings:1.The good development of physical education and teaching in schools cannot be achieved without an excellent team of physical education teachers;at the same time,it is more necessary to strictly check the professional level of the teachers and their comprehensive quality;physical education teachers should be selected to participate in training and exchange studies;fully exploit the existing educational resources,including the role of classroom teachers and classroom teachers,and train a group of excellent physical education backbone to effectively reduce the workload of physical education teachers.In order to effectively improve the quality of education and teaching.2.Emphasis on home-school linkage,the reform of the physical education examination system requires the joint efforts of schools,teachers and parents to cooperate.Parents can actively participate in their children’s physical education and give feedback to the school on students’ performance and problems in physical education,so as to provide students with better physical education and develop a healthy attitude and good physical fitness.3.Increase positive publicity about the reform so as to change their perceptions and enhance their awareness;grasp the connection between junior high school physical education and physical education midterm examinations to achieve the purpose of interdependence,mutual influence and mutual promotion of development between the two;ensure the consistency of education and assessment,and take curriculum standards as the main teaching basis when selecting teaching contents.4.Optimize teaching methods in conjunction with reforming examination items.When choosing the teaching methods of physical education,the direction of the setting of the Chinese examination items shall be considered,focusing on students’ physical development and psychological health,closely combining students’ physical quality,skills and competition ability,allowing students to learn by doing and improving their overall quality.5.Integrate teaching resources and improve the use of sports field equipment.In the process of developing and utilizing multifunctional sports equipment,the principles of physical exercise,physical culture and appropriateness need to be followed.In addition,the age characteristics of students should be combined with the principles of safety and fun,so that students can grow happily in physical education.6.Strengthen the coherence of junior high school physical education and enhance the orientation of the curriculum to educate people.Whether it is "strength","endurance","ball",etc.,compared with the previous middle school physical education,more emphasis is placed on a coherent,a whole,a system,a kind of physical education in line with the laws and characteristics of students’ physical and mental development.It is a balanced approach to development. |
