Research On Implementation Plan Optimization Of Physical Education For High School Entrance Examination In Jiangxi Province Under The Background Of "Double Reduction"

Junior high School Physical Education Entrance Examination(" Physical Education Entrance Examination " for short)is an important examination approved by the Ministry of Education,which has experienced a history of several decades in China.Each period of the physical education examination has its own characteristics,and the most important factor to determine its educational policy.With the development of national elementary education reform,the educational concept is gradually changing from exam-oriented education to quality education.Meanwhile,changes have taken place in such aspects as examination concept and examination system.On July 24,2021,the state officially issued "Opinions on Further reducing the burden of homework and off-campus training for students in compulsory education"(referred to as "double reduction"),which put forward new requirements for education.As one of the important ways to evaluate the effect of junior high school physical education,improving and perfecting the implementation plan of physical education high school examination is a response to the new requirements of education,but also an attempt to reform the mechanism of youth talent selection according to the new education concept.With the help of Jiangxi Normal University Library,CNKI,Web of Science and other databases,this paper searches the literature and materials related to the "double reduction" policy and the physical education entrance examination,and analyzes the implementation plans of the physical education entrance examination in 11prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi Province in recent 10 years through expert interview,field investigation,logical analysis,and comparative analysis.By referring to the implementation plan of 2022 Physical Education high school examination in 30 provincial capitals in China,combined with the review of the function of physical education high school examination in the new era and the changes of educational ideas,social physical education,school physical education and family physical education caused by the "double reduction" policy,the paper explores the optimization idea of physical education high school examination in Jiangxi Province,providing reference for constructing a more scientific implementation plan of physical education high school examination in Jiangxi Province.Conclusion:(1)Under the background of the policy of "double reduction" in 31 provincial capitals,more areas have reformed the implementation plan of sports examination,but there are also many regions that do not pay attention to sports examination.(2)The time of physical education entrance examination in Jiangxi Province in recent ten years is basically reasonable.The examination period is mostly rainy season,more cities will be affected by the weather.(3)In the past ten years,the scores of the physical education examination in Jiangxi Province gradually increased from 30 points to 60 points.After the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,the ratio of physical education scores and scores in Jiangxi Province ranks among the best among all provincial capitals.(4)In most areas of Jiangxi Province,the mode of compulsory examination + optional examination is adopted in the physical education high school examination.There are many examination items for students to choose,but there are still some areas where the examination items and examination types are too simple.(5)The full score standards of all the regional examination items in Jiangxi Province are mostly equal to the National Students’ Physical Health Standards(2014 Edition)(hereinafter referred to as the "Standards"),but the full score of Jingdezhen standing long jump is lower than the "Standards".(6)Policies and standards for special examinees in all regions of Jiangxi Province are the same as those stipulated in the Implementation Plan of Physical Education Examination for Junior High School Graduates of the Ministry of Education(1997).Suggestions:(1)Improve the implementation system of physical education entrance examination in Jiangxi Province.(2)Scientific arrangement of physical education examination time in Jiangxi Province.(3)Improve the total score,the proportion of points and the scoring standard of the physical education high school examination in Jiangxi Province,increasing by 10 points every year until it reaches100 points.(4)Increase the sports examination items in Jiangxi Province.(5)Adopt a variety of examination types and methods.(6)Set up the evaluation mode of high school entrance examination that combines finality and process,and process evaluation is implemented in every academic year.(7)Gradually improve the scoring standards of physical education high school examination in Jiangxi Province.(8)Optimize the special examinee system of Jiangxi Physical Education High School Examination.
