At present,the continuous decline of adolescent physical health has become a common problem in the society.In order to respond to the call of the country,we should strengthen school physical education.So,as teenagers middle school students group to participate in after school sports competition is particularly important,understand the actual situation of middle school students to participate in after school sports competition,deeply analyze the problems facing the current middle school students to participate in after school sports competition,keep pace with The Times,seeking truth from facts,accurate Shi Ce,both in the field of extracurricular sports,carry out the results of the comprehensive reform of education overall requirements acceptance,is also the full implementation of "teaching fusion",at the school level,is of great significance.Middle school extracurricular sports competition is an important part of middle school sports,is a powerful grasp of the integration of sports and education.After-school sports competition plays a positive role in enriching students’ extracurricular cultural life and promoting their all-round development.Meanwhile,studying after-school sports competition is of great significance to deepening the reform of school sports.This paper takes the middle school extracurricular sports competition as the starting point,The literature data method,interview method,questionnaire survey method and data statistics method were used to sort out the current situation of extracurricular sports competition in many middle schools in the central district of Jinan city,Analyze the factors affecting the normal development of extracurricular sports competition in middle school,The survey results can be summarized into three aspects: institutional factors,human factors and material factors: 1.Institutional factors have a competition publicity system;Competition rules and rules and regulations;Competition safety responsibility system;Competition award system;2.the human factor has the school leadership factor;Physical education teacher factor;Parent factors;Student factors;3.The factors of the objects include the competition venues,competition equipment,competition funds and the security factors of the competition.Then we extract the key problems.Finally,under the background of the integration of sports and education,the reasonable development countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the development goals to be achieved by the integration of sports and education.The countermeasures proposed under the background of sports and education integration include the following points: 1.To fully implement the new concept of "sports personnel";2.improve the site facilities and innovate the form and content;3.Create teacher training and improve the incentive measures;4.reduce the safety risks and improve the protection of students’ rights and interests;5.publicize the competition function and enhance the sports cognition;6.deepen the reform of school physical education under the concept of the integration of sports and education.
