Sports APP is a new type of movement element relative to the traditional mode of movement.Sports APP is born with modern Internet technology and relies on modern Internet technology.The most important feature is to record user motion data in real time,guide and supervise all kinds of sports learning,exercise and lead healthy lifestyle,sketch out the trajectory of athletes,make professional guidance videos,and do sports at any time and place.Sports APP is more and more widely used in modern sports.It greatly enriches the form of sports and plays a positive role in promoting sports training.Due to academic pressure,extracurricular sports activities of middle school students have not been effectively carried out.Sports APP can effectively supervise and guide students' extracurricular sports activities.Therefore,the sports APP has a great advantage compared with the traditional assignment of extracurricular sports.In this study,literature,experiment,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis were used in this study,and 112 subjects were selected from two parallel classes in the first grade of Nanchang experimental middle school,which were divided into two groups,that is,the experimental group and the control group,and each group was 56.After 2 months of extracurricular sports experiment,the experimental group adopts sports class APP-Keep to carry out extracurricular sports.The control group adopts the traditional arrangement of extracurricular sports tasks to carry out extracurricular sports.Based on the physical fitness of students before and after the experimental data come to the conclusion: in the experimental group were enhanced in physical strength and endurance,cardiopulmonary function and slim,the control group have no data changes,but the weight is increased;by the students in the experimental class questionnaire can be drawn: students on Sports,sports attitude has obvious change,to enhance students' interest in extracurricular physical exercise motivation and exercise,so as to change the frequency of physical exercise and physical exercise influence;in the physical exercise form also has a significant difference,for students to adhere totheir own personal participation in extracurricular physical exercise may be provided;cognitive and sports value orientation of sports value of sprint the explosive force and sports values have no significant effect.Students showed a high interest in sports APP Keep.Compared with the traditional arrangement of extracurricular sports tasks,students were more willing to accept new sports methods.They clearly realized the importance of physical exercise,and could be supervised and directed by teachers to overcome inertia.Through the circle of friends,to achieve a sense of achievement,thus increasing the initiative of sports,which is the biggest advantage of the middle school students' application of sports APP.Therefore,in the middle school physical education and extracurricular sports,we can vigorously promote sports class APP.With the development of science and technology,the functions of sports watch and sports hand ring are improved and improved,and they can also be applied to junior and primary school students.
