Preschool education is a key part of basic education.The level of preschool education is directly related to the physical and mental development of children.In recent years,China has gradually increased the intensity of investment in preschool education,but also more and more concerned about the basic situation of kindergarten teachers.Although China has implemented relevant policies to promote preschool education,which will help improve the overall level of preschool education in China,many kindergartens are always facing the problem of high turnover rate of kindergarten teachers due to various factors in the development of preschool education.For kindergartens,the turnover rate of kindergarten teachers has been high,which has gradually become an important problem limiting the development of kindergartens.In order to stabilize the kindergarten teachers,reduce the unreasonable turnover and mobility of kindergarten teachers,and promote the improvement of preschool education quality,it is necessary to conduct empirical research on kindergarten teachers’ gradual turnover tendency,at the same time,analyze the main factors that affect the gradual turnover tendency of kindergarten teachers,and on this basis,propose countermeasures to improve the stability of kindergarten teachers and reduce the gradual turnover tendency of kindergarten teachers.This research takes the influencing factors and countermeasures of kindergarten teachers’ turnover intention as the subject.The research finds that:(1)The correlation coefficient between the variables of teachers’ turnover intention provide the basis for variable regression analysis.At the same time,through the correlation analysis of various variables,the data also shows that there is a correlation between kindergarten teachers’ progressive turnover intention and positive emotions and negative emotions,role transcendence,integrated hierarchical relationship,workplace exclusion,and pay equity.Among them,with the increase of negative emotions of kindergarten teachers and the decrease of positive emotions,the turnover intention will increase;When the workload is heavy and kindergarten teachers think they can’t bear too much workload,they will have the tendency to leave;When kindergarten teachers can’t handle the relationship between superiors and subordinates,they tend to leave;The increase of workplace exclusion and the decrease of salary fairness will promote kindergarten teachers’ turnover tendency.At the same time,age,teaching age,education level,marital status,etc.will also have an impact on kindergarten teachers’ turnover intention,showing a correlation.(2)The five predictive variables,positive emotion,negative emotion,role transcendence,integrated superior subordinate relationship,workplace exclusion,and pay equity,have a certain predictive effect on kindergarten teachers’ gradual turnover intention.Among them,salary level plays the most important role,followed by integrated superior subordinate relationship,role transcendence,workplace exclusion,etc.According to the above research results,in order to help kindergarten teachers reduce their turnover tendency,kindergartens should protect their individual personality,reasonably arrange the tasks and roles that kindergarten teachers undertake,optimize the relationship between kindergarten teachers’ superiors and colleagues,and improve the remuneration and welfare of kindergarten teachers.
