| In recent years,the development of adolescent physical and mental health has become the focus of today’s society,but the relevant data show that the physical health level of teenagers shows a declining trend.In order to solve this problem,the country has included sports in the high school entrance examination.Guiyang city began to implement the high school entrance examination in2009,and carried out the reform in 2019.Based on this,this paper takes the Guiyang middle school physical education design as the research object,the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,and mathematical statistics method as the research method,and the Guiyang high school sports as the background,the level,school year,semester,unit and class hour teaching design and other aspects of in-depth research and analysis,and draw the following conclusions:1.Guiyang junior high school physical education teachers have a high understanding of the importance,connotation and purpose of physical education teaching design,and most of them are carrying out physical education teaching design.2.In terms of level,academic year and unit teaching design,a few schools have requirements for physical education teachers;in terms of semester and class teaching design,most schools have requirements for semester teaching design.Level,academic year,semester,unit teaching objectives and teaching content are mainly designed based on the physical education results and examination items of the high school entrance examination;3.In terms of class hour teaching design,the influence on physical education design in teaching objectives is mainly based on the physical education examination;most teachers do not pay enough attention to the analysis of learning situation;the teaching content is mainly based on the physical education examination items,but the teaching evaluation is mainly based on the physical education evaluation standard in the high school entrance examination.4.The reform of "one examination a year" has increased the work pressure and learning pressure of PE teachers and students.Students’ learning motivation,learning knowledge and the starting point of after-school physical exercise and most students are all around the physical education reform examination project of the high school entrance examination.5.Under the background of "one examination a year" in the Guiyang,it is not helpful to improve the teaching efficiency and effect;the understanding of the situation analysis is not comprehensive;the teaching content is biased to the sports project;the core literacy goal of physical education is difficult to implement;the teaching strategy and methods are relatively simple and the traditional teaching evaluation is the main position.6.According to the existing problems,the following countermeasures are obtained: strengthen the training of physical education,enhance the awareness of physical education teachers,adhere to the status of students,analyze the integration of physical education and new curriculum standards and teaching materials,study the core quality of physical education,promote the comprehensive development of students;develop innovative thinking,diversify teaching strategies,and construct a diversified system of physical education teaching evaluation. |
