This research uses the phonetic experiment software Praat Chinese modified version to analyze the Chinese corpus of Chilean Chinese learners, presenting the acoustic perception as image data, and providing a more intuitive data base for analyzing the problems of pronunciation of Chilean Chinese learners;this paper takes the theoretical overview of modern Mandarin Chinese and phonetic research as the theoretical basis, and separately conducts an in-depth case study on the collected This paper is based on the theoretical overview of modern Mandarin Chinese and phonological research, and conducts in-depth case studies on the collected learners’ corpus data, including the native language background, learning purpose, learning process, learning motivation, learning methods, learning difficulties, etc.;on the basis of the case studies,a comparative study is conducted to analyze the connection and difference between the pronunciation corpus of Chilean Chinese learners and the pronunciation corpus of native Chinese speakers,so as to come up with an effective method for guiding students’ Chinese The first chapter introduces the study. The first chapter introduces the purpose and significance of the study on Chinese intonation of Chilean Chinese learners, the idea of using Praat software to analyze the speech experiment, the current status of research on Chinese intonation and the theoretical basis of this study.Chapter 2 specifies the information related to the experimental design, including the background information of the twelve experimenters, the selection of the experimental utterances, the experimental design and rationale, and the extraction and processing of the experimental data.Chapters 3 to 6 are the main part of the experiment.Based on Chapter 2,the experiments are conducted to study the intonation acquisition of homophonic declarative sentences, homophonic interrogative sentences, heterophonic declarative sentences and heterophonic interrogative sentences from the Chilean Chinese learners’ speech data.In Chapter 7,based on the previous studies, the data on the pitch, duration and intensity of Chilean Chinese learners’ homophonic declarative and interrogative sentences and heterophonic declarative and interrogative sentences are analyzed, and corresponding conclusions and teaching suggestions are drawn. The main conclusions drawn from this article are as follows:(1)Overall,Chilean Chinese primary school students are better at acquiring the tone patterns in Mandarin declarative sentences than in interrogative sentences,as reflected in the proximity of the upper and lower boundaries of the pitch range and the similar total duration of the sentences.(2)In terms of pitch contour,Chilean Chinese primary school students tend to acquire the high rising pitch feature of declarative sentences earlier, and perform better in acquiring the pitch falling feature of same tone declarative sentences than that of different tone declarative sentences, while the acquisition of the pitch feature in interrogative sentences is relatively slow.(3)In terms of duration,Chilean Chinese primary school students generally have a tendency to prolong the duration of the entire sentence compared to native Mandarin speakers, indicating a weak awareness of word boundaries during the learning process, and a lack of clear pauses at the end of the words.(4)In terms of volume,Chilean Chinese primary school students find it easier to increase the overall volume of the entire sentence, and perform better in acquiring the tendency of volume decreasing between words in Mandarin declarative sentences, while for interrogative sentences, the average volume of the students tends to be concentrated at the end of the sentence, which differs from the performance of native speakers whose minimum volume tends to appear in the middle of the sentence, indicating a lack of understanding of the rising tone at the end of Mandarin general interrogative sentences.
