A Case Study On The Improvement Of Migrant Children’s Resilience

With the increasing number of migrant workers,the number of migrant children is also increasing year by year.Caring for migrant children has always been an important task of the country,and improving the urbanization adaptability of migrant children is a hot issue to promote social fairness and justice.Adapting to the new living environment is a big test for migrant children,because they may be marginalized and excluded.Therefore,timely attention and professional help to improve the resilience of migrant children to cope with difficulties plays an important role in the growth of migrant children.In this study,observation,interview and scale were used to analyze the basic situation of QL and its resilience and problems of floating children in detail.Using the method of case social work,under the guidance of resilience theory,we carry out practical intervention.It is found that the problems of QL’s insufficient resilience of migrant children are as follows: improper emotional behavior management;Poor family communication mode;Lack of self-belief;Insufficient interpersonal skills.Therefore,this study starts with the protective factors of QL for migrant children,and evaluates and analyzes the case owner from three dimensions: belonging,optimism and efficacy.According to the reasons that affect the resilience development of the case owner,the case work service can enhance the case owner’s awareness of internal and external resources through the intervention of the case owner and the environmental system,thus promoting the case owner’s ability of positive adaptation and self-adjustment,and improving the current situation of the case owner’s lack of resilience.It is found that the intervention of case work in improving the resilience of migrant children is helpful to alleviate the rejection and resistance psychology of the case owner and prevent the panic of children in trouble.Individualized service plan helps to prescribe the right medicine and promote the positive interaction between individuals and the environment.In this paper,the resilience theory is taken as a research perspective,and the current situation and problems of migrant children’s resilience are studied,and case work is carried out and certain results are achieved.Therefore,suggestions to improve migrant children’s resilience from micro,meso and macro levels are put forward to solve the problems of children’s inadaptability and improper self-regulation,which is of reference significance to promoting migrant children’s urban integration and improving their urban life quality to some extent.
