A Study Of High School Students’ Physical Education Learning Power And Its Influencing Factors In Zhejiang Province

In a learning society where all people learn and learn for life,learning to learn has become an important criterion for measuring talent and a basic need for human survival in today’s society.As an effective way to cultivate the ability to learn to learn,learning power plays an important role in personal development and is an important component of core literacy.As a branch of the learning power field,the learning power of physical education can improve the efficiency of students’ physical education learning,enhance the inner energy of individual physical education learning and develop lifelong physical education habits.High school is the last stage of basic education and an important stage for improving learning power.However,there is still little research on high school students’ physical education learning power,and it is not possible to fully understand the current situation of high school students’ physical education learning power and the countermeasures for improving it,so the research conducted in this paper on high school students’ physical education learning power is of certain significance.This study takes the physical education learning power and its influencing factors of high school students in Zhejiang Province as the research object,and adopts various research methods such as literature research method,questionnaire survey method,expert consultation method and mathematical and statistical method.1880 high school students in20 high schools in five prefecture-level cities of Zhejiang Province were surveyed through a combination of graded sampling and overall sampling.The aim was to investigate the current situation of the physical education learning power of high school students in Zhejiang Province and to analyse its influencing factors,so as to propose reasonable countermeasures for improving the physical education learning power of high school students in Zhejiang Province.Research results:(1)The overall score of physical education learning power of high school students in Zhejiang Province was 3.37±0.84,including 3.57±1.08 for physical education learning motivation,3.36±1.00 for physical education learning perseverance,3.49±0.85 for physical education learning ability,2.95±1.08 for learning reciprocity and3.42±0.93 for learning creativity.(2)The physical education learning power of male students(3.628±0.811)was significantly higher than that of female students(3.101±0.789;p<0.01);the physical education learning power of senior one(3.46±0.84)and senior two(3.39±0.84)students was significantly higher than that of senior three students(3.27±0.84;p<0.01)in Zhejiang Province,and there was no(p>0.05);there was no significant difference in the physical education learning power of high school students in different school types(p>0.05).(3)The results of the study on the factors influencing high school students’ physical education learning ability in Zhejiang Province found that teachers’ sense of responsibility(β=0.371,p<0.01),teaching level(β=0.166,p<0.01)and physical education classroom atmosphere(β=0.081,p<0.01)among teachers’ teaching factors had a significant positive effect on high school students’ physical education learning ability;students’ interest in physical education(β=0.227,p<0.01)and physical education awareness(β=0.038,p<0.05)had a significant positive effect on high school students’ physical education learning ability;among family factors,parental support(β=0.080,p<0.01)and family physical education atmosphere(β=0.073,p<0.01)had a significant positive effect on high school students’ physical education learning ability;among school factors,physical education facilities(β=0.077,p<0.01)had a significant positive effect on high school students’ physical education learning ability.This paper draws the following conclusions from the study.(1)The physical education learning power of high school students consists of five dimensions,which are physical education learning motivation,physical education learning perseverance,physical education learning ability,physical education learning reciprocity and physical education learning creativity.(2)The overall level of physical education learning power of high school students in Zhejiang Province is at a moderate to high level,with only two-thirds of the students reaching the moderate level or above,and there is much room for improvement.The development level of each dimension of physical education learning power varies,among which the development level of physical education learning motivation is relatively good and the development level of physical education learning reciprocity is relatively poor.(3)There are gender and grade differences in the level of physical education learning power among high school students in Zhejiang Province,with male students outperforming female students and students in their first and second years of high school being stronger than those in their third years of high school,but there are no major differences between students in different types of schools.(4)There are four major categories of influences on high school students’ physical education learning power: personal factors,teachers’ teaching factors,family support factors,and school factors.Among the four categories of factors,teachers’ sense of responsibility,physical education interest,teachers’ teaching level,students’ physical fitness,physical education classroom atmosphere,parents’ support,school physical education facilities,family physical education atmosphere,and teaching evaluation have a significant effect on the level of physical education learning power,but the factors that have a significant effect on each dimension of physical education learning power However,the factors that have a significant influence on each dimension of PE learning power are not the same.(5)Seven countermeasures are proposed to enhance the learning power of senior high school students in physical education: firstly,to clarify students’ learning goals and motivate them to learn physical education;secondly,to enhance students’ self-efficacy and develop good exercise habits;thirdly,to make good use of cooperative inquiry learning and improve the reciprocal power of physical education learning;fourthly,to improve teachers’ teaching level and take the initiative to play a guiding role;fifthly,to enhance teachers’ awareness of responsibility and create a good classroom atmosphere;sixthly,to improve school Sixth,improve school sports facilities and arrange sports activities reasonably;seventh,increase family support and create a good family sports atmosphere.
