| College physical education professional teachers are the leaders of school physical education teachers.Their professional development is an important variable to improve the quality of physical education.Teachers'learning power is the basic ability of teachers' professional development.Physical education teachers' learning power refers to the physical education teachers.The learning growth on the body is a dynamic process in which the teacher adapts to the external environment and triggers learning behaviors through different channels,and continuously improves the' quality and ability in all aspects.The thesis clarifies the major of physical education through the methods of literature,questionnaires,and mathematical statistics.The concept of teacher learning ability,combing its content structure,and selecting six representative college physical education teachers as the research object,conducting a quantitative and qualitative analysis from the status of teachers' learning power and influencing factors,In view of the present situation and existing problems of teachers' learning ability of physical education major in colleges and universities,this paper draws a conclusion and puts forward some countermeasures.The following conclusions were drawn from the study:1、The status quo of the learning power of physical education teachers in Jiangsu Province is as follows:the overall situation is better,the learning ability of female teachers is better than that of male teachers,the learning outcomes of female teachers are higher than that of male teachers,and their learning behavior is more rational;young teachers' learning The overall learning ability of young teachers is significantly higher than that of teachers of other ages.The learning ability of teachers in ordinary colleges is generally better than that of teachers in double-tier universities.The competition and development between universities can further promote Teachers' learning;teachers'learning ability,which occupies the main courses of physical education majors,and physical education teaching teachers' deterioration in learning ability2、The status quo of the learning power of physical education teachers in Jiangsu Province are affected by multiple factors:teachers have a strong sense of learning,the internal factors are greater personal pressure,heavy teaching and scientific research,and the lack of time for study and scientific research.Insufficient cooperation and exchanges did not form a good learning atmosphere;external factors were insufficient macro support for teachers 'learning,uneven distribution of learning resources,lack ofpolicy support,and no incentive system for encouragement;second,insufficient micro support for teachers' learning,no A good place for teachers to learn,stadiums and learning resources can only meet the needs of teaching.Countermeasures:1、Countermeasures for the individual teachers:(1)Establish teachers'professional ideals and enhance the sense of value of teachers' learning and work;(2)Improve self-management ability and strengthen the awareness of lifelong learning;(3)Teaching masters to coordinate learning and work and effectively improve learning results.2、Countermeasures for the external support:(1)The establishment of a multi-learning model to expand teachers' learning channels;(2)The establishment of a learning incentive system to enhance the motivation of teachers;(3)The construction of a learning-oriented college atmosphere to create a learning environment for teachers;(4)Evaluation of learning The formulation of the system guarantees teachers' learning confidence. |
