The revised Vocational Education Law in 2022 clearly states that vocational education is an education type with the same importance as general education.It is an important part of the national education system and human resources development,and an important way to cultivate diverse talents,pass on technical skills,and promote employment and entrepreneurship.With the implementation of a series of policies and actions of vocational education system reform and development,vocational education in our country has entered a new stage of high-quality development,secondary vocational education as an important component of vocational education,it undertakes the role of cultivating vocational talents at the grass-roots level,and is the foundation of our social economic construction.In the process of carrying out traditional secondary vocational education,there are widespread problems such as teachers’ insufficient understanding of new teaching concepts,lack of students’ main position in the teaching process,and lack of students’ interest in learning,and the poor efficacy of the teaching activities is inevitable.Combining with the development needs of vocational education to cultivate high-quality and comprehensive talents,and in order to adapt the needs of "three education reform",it is necessary to explore more effective teaching methods applied to classroom practice to verify the effect of reform and help teachers re-examine the relevance of teaching.PBL teaching method is a question-based,teacher-directed,student-oriented inquiry teaching method,which can effectively cultivate students’ comprehensive abilities of autonomy,innovation,collaboration and practice.This paper takes the "Enterprise Financial Accounting" course in secondary vocational education as an example and introduces PBL teaching method to carry out teaching reform.The main work completed in this paper is as follows: first of all,based on the talent training needs of accounting major in secondary vocational schools,there explores suitable teaching reform mode,systematically reviews the research status of PBL teaching method at home and abroad,combs and defines the connotation,characteristics and theoretical basis of PBL teaching method,and lays a foundation for the application of PBL teaching method in the teaching of accounting major in secondary vocational schools;Secondly,in order to carry out teaching practice more effectively,the course "Enterprise Finance and Accounting" of Z Vocational School is selected as the application object of teaching reform,and the current teaching situation of this course is investigated and analyzed by comprehensive use of questionnaire survey,field interview and classroom observation.According to the existing problems in the course of "Enterprise Finance and Accounting",combined with the connotation and characteristics of PBL teaching method,The application value of PBL teaching method in the course of Enterprise Financial Accounting in secondary vocational schools is clarified;And then,through the in-depth analysis of the course content,teaching objects and the implementation process of PBL teaching method of "Enterprise Finance and Accounting",the specific implementation plan of teaching reform is designed;Considering the objective and comprehensive evaluation of teaching effect,a three-dimensional evaluation system with multi-dimensional evaluation criteria,flexible evaluation methods and multiple evaluation subjects is proposed;Finally,based on the proposed PBL teaching method applied to the teaching scheme and evaluation system of "Enterprise Financial Accounting" course,the teaching practice was carried out in Z vocational school,and the specific implementation process was introduced with the example of "package accounting".After the completion of the PBL teaching implementation cycle,questionnaire survey was adopted,combined with interviews and classroom observation.The effect of teaching reform was analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively,and by comparing the effect of PBL teaching method before and after the implementation of teaching reflection and put forward feasible application suggestions.The results of comprehensive practice shows that PBL teaching method can effectively improve the teaching effect of "Enterprise Financial Accounting" and promote the cultivation of students’ comprehensive ability.In this paper,PBL teaching method is applied in the theoretical course teaching of Enterprise Financial Accounting in secondary vocational schools,which promotes the implementation of the reform of "three education".The teaching scheme and multiple evaluation system designed have certain promotion and application value.In the later stage,a large number of classroom practices can further improve the scheme system of PBL teaching method in the teaching of secondary vocational schools.
