Along with increased national attention to vocational education,the accounting major in secondary vocational schools requires to cultivate talents who are good at independent exploration,diligent in self-study and thinking,and brave in pioneering and enterprising.The task-based teaching method emphasizes the main features of the task,the students’ action and the teachers’ guiding role.At the same time,it increases students’ enthusiasm for learning,it promotes knowledge transfer and application skills,and effectively improves the quality of talent education.This paper takes corporate financial accounting,a core subject in vocational education,as an example.It focuses on the task-driven teaching method,breaks the traditional teaching pattern.In this way,it cultivate students’ comprehensive abilities such as independent learning,knowledge transfer application,and accounting problem solving,strengthen accounting professional ethics,and promote the transformation and upgrading of high-quality accounting talents training.This paper takes problem formulation,problem analysis,problem solving,and conclusion and reflection as the research ideas,and literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and case study method as the research methods.Through the literature research method,we sort out the relevant literature of task-driven teaching method at home and abroad,and summarize the relevant overview and theoretical foundation.Using questionnaire survey method and interview method,we analyze the teaching status of "Enterprise Financial Accounting" in J city secondary school and find that there are problems such as students’ passive learning,lack of knowledge transfer application ability,imperfect teaching evaluation mechanism,and gap between accounting vocational ability and job requirements,etc.The task-driven teaching method can theoretically solve the above problems,thus clarifying the necessity of applying task-driven teaching method.Combining with the above research,the teaching design of "Enterprise Financial Accounting" based on task-driven teaching method is refined,including teaching design principles,pre-teaching analysis,teaching task design,teaching process design and teaching evaluation design.Using the case study method,the experimental class and the control class of the secondary school implemented "Inventory Closing Valuation" as the teaching case.The task-driven teaching method is effective in promoting students’ active learning,strengthening knowledge transfer ability,optimizing teaching evaluation mechanism,and cultivating accounting talents that meet the needs of enterprises.At the same time,we need to pay attention to the shortcomings in task design,task implementation,task evaluation and students’ practice in the process of using task-driven teaching method,and put forward suggestions and prospects for improvement in ensuring task creation,improving teaching organization and management,refining task evaluation and strengthening task-driven teaching method teachers’ training.Through the implementation of this paper,we found that the task-driven teaching method can solve the problems that existed in the teaching of Corporate Financial Accounting in the past,enhance the teaching quality of teachers and the initiative of students,strengthen the professionalism of students in accounting,and improve the comprehensive abilities such as the ability to transfer and apply knowledge,problem-solving ability and teamwork ability.We hope to provide reference and reference for the teaching research of accounting teachers,promote the teaching reform of secondary accounting majors,and make the practice of vocational education more fruitful.
