China’s economic growth has been propelled to a peak of excellence due to the Internet’s progress and the evolution of the era.To cultivate tourism applicationoriented talents that can adjust to the current times,the state has put forward the requirement of education informatization for secondary vocational education.The popularization and development of Internet technology and the support of national policies provide an opportunity to build a SPOC hybrid teaching mode in line with secondary tourism majors.Under the traditional teaching mode,the subjectivity of students is not well reflected,but the SPOC hybrid teaching mode meets the characteristics of secondary students’ active thinking and diligence,enables students to break through time and space constraints to learn anytime and anywhere,increases students’ interest in learning,and thus improves students’ learning effect.Comparing the research status of SPOC blended teaching mode by domestic and foreign scholars through literature research method,this study firstly summarizes relevant research results,based on the aforementioned background.Theoretically,SPOC blended teaching mode for secondary tourism can be constructed by providing a basis.Secondly,through questionnaires and interviews,we understand the current situation of the teaching of the course "Tour Guide Practice" and the feasibility of the implementation of hybrid teaching,and construct a SPOC hybrid teaching mode suitable for the secondary level "Tour Guide Practice".In addition,according to the constructed blended teaching model,the SPOC blended teaching experiment was carried out for two tourism classes of equal level,and the implementation effect of blended teaching was evaluated through educational experiment method,questionnaire survey method and interview analysis,etc.The results of SPOC blended teaching practice proved that students were satisfied with the SPOC blended teaching model of "Tour Guide Practice" and the model could improve students’ The effect of learning.For the first time,this research has crafted a SPOC blended teaching mode that is tailored to the learning requirements and characteristics of secondary tourism students.The teaching theory of secondary vocational education is enriched,teaching reform of secondary vocational schools is advanced,and secondary vocational tourism service majors are provided a reference for SPOC blended teaching.
