| With the development of economy,the competition between enterprises is more and more fierce,and the core of the competition is talent.The new generation of employees are bearing the future and hope of the society and the enterprise.The unique growth environment has created their changeable thoughts,self-pursuit and other characteristics,and the traditional training mode is no longer applicable.Therefore,how to explore effective training mode,maximize the development of their potential,help them realize self-growth and self-value,has become the top priority of modern enterprise human resource management.In the current society with the rapid development of information technology,the Internet has become the main driving force for the rapid development of society.Enterprises must successfully seize the development opportunity of the Internet to realize the innovation of training mode and content,and integrate the traditional training mode with the Internet,so as to obtain better training results.This paper mainly studies the new generation of employees in DY Company.Firstly,based on the data analysis of interviews and questionnaires it concludes that the main problems existing in the current training system for new generation employees are as follows: There are four major problems: inadequate training demand analysis,unreasonable training course design,lack of effective management and supervision of training organization and implementation,and inadequate training effect evaluation and achievement transformation.Secondly,combining the behaviorism,cognitivism,constructivism and the four-level evaluation theory of Kirk,the paper makes an in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems,and finds that the reasons for the above problems are: insufficient professional degree of human resource team,lack of systematic and clear training plan,lack of training management organization and system,and imperfect training evaluation mechanism.Finally,guided by ADDIE model and combined with behaviorism,cognitivism,constructivism and Kirk’s four-level evaluation theory,the training system was optimized with the dual-mode optimization scheme of "traditional training mode and enabling".In the aspect of training demand analysis and optimization,on the basis of the analysis of enterprise strategy,task demand and new generation of employees’ demand,we added the analysis of macro environment and consumer demand,and rearranged the training demand analysis process.In terms of the formulation and optimization of training plans,on the basis of formulating mid-and long-term training plans for employees by levels and modules,an online learning platform is built to tailor online learning plans for employees.In terms of training course design optimization,on the basis of hierarchical and classified training content design and rich and innovative training methods,the training platform is empowered,accurate and timely through the construction of knowledge and think tanks,precise learning content push,operation of live streaming,micro-classes.In terms of training organization and implementation optimization,on the basis of standardizing the training process,the practice enabling platform is built to strengthen the transformation of training effect and truly realize the integration of knowledge and practice.In terms of training effect evaluation and optimization,online assessment and training incentive system should be developed while improving the evaluation mechanism.In order to ensure that the optimization scheme achieves the expected results,it is proposed to set up a training management team,build a professional trainer team,and establish a perfect training assessment system as the implementation guarantee.This research has improved the training system and provides strong support and talent protection for DY Company. |
