With the deepening of the market economy in the new socialist era,China has entered the era of population dividend,and the number of labor areas available to enterprises is becoming more and more serious.But the new generation of enterprise employees has become the main force of social productivity.In 2010,the All-China Federation of trade unions(ACFTU)conducted a study on the issue of new generation migrant workers.The strong demand of emotion and spirit is not well satisfied.The work pressure of the employees,such as mental tension,anxiety,low efficiency and psychological conflict,are highlighted,and labor relations are tense.In March 2018,General Office of CCCPC and General Office of the State Council notified their views on improving the treatment of skilled workers and asked all sectors in the region to improve the level of treatment of skilled workers.The central committee of the Communist party of China(CPC)and the central committee of the Communist party of China(CPC)held a meeting here today to discuss ways of improving the coordination and consultation mechanism for the participation of government trade unions and enterprises.This article takes the new generation employee of X bird company as the research object.Through the method of literature and literature,work pressure theory,stress management,coping strategies and related documents of corporate social work are collated.The stress,predicament and demand of the new generation of employees were analyzed through questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews.It is found that the new generation employees of X spice company have great difficulties in working pressure,interpersonal relationship,dealing with irrational emotions and career life planning.This paper takes advantage view theory and cognitive behavior theory as theoretical basis.In view of the current working pressure of the new generation of enterprises,we should carry out group work service.Through impact assessment.It is found that the working pressure of the new generation of enterprise employees is effectively relieved.The performance of the work has improved significantly to achieve the desired results.It was inspired by research.In view of the problem of employee pressure management in the new generation of enterprises,the author puts forward some suggestions from the angle of enterprise and staff.
