| With the adjustment and reform of the national education policy,more and more people begin to pay attention to the promotion of academic qualifications and reeducation,and the postgraduate entrance examination training market has ushered in the development opportunity.However,in order to establish their own core competitiveness and competitive advantages in the market,the unique talent system is very important,and the formation of the talent system cannot be separated from the internal staff training.Henan W Company is a well-known company in the education and training market of Henan postgraduate entrance examination.The training and development of human resources are of great significance for establishing the core competitiveness of the enterprise,further expanding the scale and improving the market share.This paper selects Henan W Education Company as the case,analyzes the problems and causes in its staff training system,and proposes optimization strategies for the problems by using theoretical knowledge at home and abroad.The main research contents are as follows: Firstly,qualitative and quantitative questionnaires are designed,and the research results of training system at home and abroad are integrated into the design.Then the data are summarized and processed.It is found that there are four major problems in the training system of Henan W Company.Lack of pertinence and independence in project design;The achievement transformation stage lacks comprehensiveness and innovation;The quantification and continuity of effect assessment are insufficient.Henan W education company training system needs allround optimization and improvement.Secondly,based on the current situation of Henan W Education Company,four optimization suggestions are proposed for the above problems,including further analysis of organizational needs,task needs and individual needs with Goldstein model,and comprehensive and accurate grasp of training needs;Improve the existing training framework according to the analysis of organizational needs,improve the pertinence of project design by means of project summary;Increase the training management of non-training means to build a learning organization in an all-round way;The Corleone four-level assessment model should be implemented more comprehensively in the organization,the behavior layer and the result layer should be tracked well,and the training results should be continuously evaluated.Thirdly,put forward three guarantee measures of training landing: establish training management norms matching training system;Perfect the trainer resource management system that can fully motivate internal trainers and broaden the resource channels of external trainers;Build an integrated Internet training management information system.This paper hopes to promote the optimization and further development of the company’s training system,improve the level of human resource reserve and management level of Henan W Company,improve the performance of employees,and help Henan W Company achieve sustainable development goals.At the same time,it can also be used for reference to optimize the training system of the same type of enterprises and build the core competitiveness of enterprises... |
